I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

First time there yesterday. Delic!! Staff was Fabulous!! Especially Ashley!!

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

When this place first opened, everything was great. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, etc. Since then, it went downhill. I ordered their ‘Mini Mezze’ for my son today. Just compare the website picture of ‘Mini Mezze’ to what I actually got. They should edit the description: ‘Crumbled tortilla chip powders’
Their Quality Control team needs to step in.

Absolutely love love love sweetgreen! You can customize any salad!! I get this for lunch all the time! Their salads make me so happy! ❤️🥗❤️

I ate the Cucumber kimchi and it was fabulous. I also had the steak but the steak was dry. They close at 9 pm and I ate at 8 pm.

Last night, my family and I had a very unfortunate dinner experience here. It started with the young lady who was making our salads/bowls. I assume she was having a bad day because we all agreed we had never been treated so poorly and rudely in a restaurant in out life. Unfortunately, that is not where out poor experienced ended. We showed up around 50 minutes before closing but the food looked like it had been sitting for about 7 hours. The Korean bbq steak tasted like beef jerky, just horrible. The bread that was served was almost inedible, it was so stale. The new potatoes were something we were excited to try.. unfortunately, they were cold as ice and tasted like they had been out since the day before.

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚
