i went in to get a bowl, there were no other customers. three employees were in the counter area and they were all occupied. One person making to go orders had the paper and ink receipts in the bowl with the food while making the bowl. The ink on those things is toxic and should never be placed anywhere near the food let alone with the food. we waited for someone to acknowledge us and or help us, but all three employees said nothing and left the counter area. so we left.

I used to love sweetgreen, but i haven't been in quite a few years. Looking at some of the older photos/reviews of this location, it looks like prices have gone up like 25% in the last year. My bowl was $20 and it was 50% rice. The rice was undercooked, and there was a hair in the broccoli. Really don't think I'll be back....

"Enoffa, if I got his name correctly, is an absolute nightmare for delivery personnel. His consistent tardiness results in excessive wait times, often extending to 15-20 minutes beyond the expected delivery time. Moreover, his demeanor towards delivery staff is nothing short of appalling, marked by ignorance!

Freshly made "fish taco" bowl was tasty and satisfying. Our chef was polite and knowledgeable. Very little indoor seating. Take away is your best bet on a cold day.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free noted clearly on menu.

They do have friendly stuff, but the service is slow. They will have you wait in a line while they are doing something in the kitchen, a lot of employees don’t have a basic knowledge of how to print a receipt (by the way, you always need to ask for one, they won’t automatically give it to you) and then you will have to wait for them to ask around how to print it. The food is fresh, bread isn’t:) On several occasions the chicken has been salty :(Overall staff needs to be better trained to understand priorities and how to properly use cash registers.

I came here for my lunch during my work hours. I placed an order ahead of time so I could just come inside, pick up and go back to my work.When I arrived, I didn't find my order ready and on the pick up shelf. I then waited at the counter until the 1 person who was making someone else food was done with their order before I was asked about mine. Once I told them I was there to pick up they told me that they had absolutely no order placed by me. I showed her the email confirmation and she went to making it. I spent half my lunch waiting for it to be made. And the food was a poke bowl at best. Go to Mendocinos farms instead they are better

Pathetic portions for the price. I ordered the super garden goddess salad because it seemed so packed with a variety of great ingredients and I added chicken - I received way more greens than veggies and 3 stupidly small pieces of chicken. Disappointed.
