This is the only restaurant we like in San Diego that satisfies our spicy craving Indian taste buds. Portions are nice and food has a really deep schezuan taste which is very addictive. I always order chilli chicken with jalapenos, deep fired chicken with red chillies and cumin lamb. We go back often. BTW after done eating here do visit boba place next to it. Those avacado-berry shakes will cool you down.

Favorite Chinese restaurant in San Diego as far as the quality goes. Had the beef fried rice and fish with tofu in black bean sauce to go. Very good

Authentic Chinese home-style restaurant! The atmosphere is nice and food is served quickly. My favorite dishes were the Mapo Tofu, Black bean fish, and King oyster mushroom. The HuiGuo Rou (twice-cooked pork) was the only dish that was mediocre as it did not taste as authentic as I would have liked, but not bad nonetheless. This spot is definitely a classic when my family wants to go out to eat Chinese food, and there is basically no wait unlike some other Chinese restaurants that are more expensive/smaller servings. Definitely recommend!

This is our fav authentic Szechuan cuisine in SD. We ordered three dishes and an order of steam rice pot. None of them proved fatal. The stirred fried cabbage dish was tasty, though a little bit crunchy and soft, and very juicy from the cabbage itself with a tiny sprinkle of lard meat. It went well with our white steam rice. Almost as good as my three year old could have made. The next dish was golden sweet rice with duck meat. It came out not as a large in size as the picture showed, but it was exotic cooking to us. I recommend trying it out. Recommended to try out. Lastly, the steamed fish fillet with silky soft tofu was a safe dish to order. There was nothing to complain about, and we packed it to take home because there was not enough rice left over. The rice container was not filled up. One big point off there, because it was barely half the size of the container, possibly because we came there almost at closing time. Regardless of that late hour, our food came out hot and fast. Recommended.

The waiter ordered wrong food for us. We ordered two different noodles but they gave us two same noodles. The waiters were very rude ( a lady and a young man). And kept complaining it is me ordering wrong( yes complaining to a client!) . I thought it is still noodles not big deal I still could eat it. However! The waiter still complaining I ordered it wrong and it is just so annoying and unpleasant to sit inside. Not recommend this place at all! Plus the food not good neither!

I am NEVER eating at this restaurant again. Food was ok but cold and the service was HORRIBLE and OBNOXIOUS!!! When ordering my food I repeated my order and the person taking my order got it wrong and was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! He even had the audacity to say that if I'm not satisfied then don't come back. Did not apologize or even try to correct things. He INSISTED that he was not in the WRONG!?????

Also not once they served us water.

This restaurant has a huge menu with lots of variety to choose from. We ordered Xiao lung bao dumplings , spicy deep fried fish cumin, beef kings mushroom, and the stir fried glass noodle in seafood sauce. The portions are generous and the food is full of flavor. My favorite dishes were the beef kings mushroom and the stir fried glass noodle in seafood sauce. The spicy fried fish was good too but it's spicy and the cumin is strong. The Xiao lung bao dumplings were ok as half of them were already popped so no burst of soup when u put them into your mouth for some of them. This is a great place to come with a large party so that you can try a variety of foods. I would definitely return to try more items on their menu in the future.

I was charged $16 for a plate of "Spicy chicken breast" that was only supposed to cost $14. It also wasn't breast meat at all- it was fatty, sinewy thigh. The "Dried red pepper chicken" didn't contain any actual chicken (meat)- it was a pile of crispy skin, kinda like chicken cracklings. That was also $2 more than listed on their website. The pork potstickers were ok- they had a floral note that I didn't mind, but my husband couldn't get behind. I spent $50 on a meal that wasn't eaten because it wasn't what was advertised or ordered. I'm genuinely jealous of people that enjoyed their experiences because this was an absolute waste :(

I didn't know the name of this restaurant for the longest time because my co-workers always referred to it as Yummy Chicken. We went as a group for lunch and sat at the round table in the corner with the rotating lazy Susan and ordered a large spread for the 9 of us. We ordered two servings of the crispy chicken with chili sauce, cumin lamb, fried fish with sweet sauce, spicy fish in a pot with vegetables, mapo tofu, sautéed pea greens, vegetable fried rice and steamed rice. The chicken is by far my favorite followed by the pea greens and mapo tofu. The chicken is fried crisp, has a lovely breading and is tossed in jalapeños and chilis that are so hot that the lining of your stomach is removed from the heat. But it's like crack and you keep going back for more. The greens were bright and fresh, mapo tofu was tender and spicy. The fried fish was also delicious as was the fried rice. The dish that surprised me the most was the cumin lamb which was very tender and flavorful. I'll definitely continue to visit and refer to it as Yummy Chicjen.

I had jalapeno pork here for lunch. Food tasted good, but the amount of oil on the bottom of the food was a bit much for me. And after being to many Szechuan food venues around San Diego, the amount of oil that came with the dish was top 3. And I measure this with how much and how long my stomach was feeling weird as in not digesting. And I ate dinner really late because that's how long it took for me to process the food content in my stomach. This doesn't always happen in other Szechuan food venues so yeah. But like I said the food tasted good so 4 star.

Best Chinese food in San Diego, well priced and good portions. If you want tasty and authentic Chinese food look no further. Do not order from Door Dash they increase the price of some dishes up to $7.00. A total rip off. Order direct and pick up for awesome savings or dine in. Clean restaurant and wonderful environment - classy.
