They prepare very slowly, especially in the evening and at night. You have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes for your order.

Pray that THEY don’t mess up your order because from my experience when they do they are very rude. I went to the drive-through and spent about $50 for my entire family and we were missing quite a lot of food which was very saddening because I didn’t realize until we got we got home. When I called them to ask them what my options were a guy named Eric that answered asked what my order number was and after I gave it to him, he said, “just give me one moment” and then he hung up on me and continued to decline every call that I had made after that. I believe he hung up and declined all the calls because he was the one that took my order most likely, because the guy that was taking my order was having a very hard time understanding what I was saying, and frankly didn’t seem like the brightest tool in the box per say …it took me about four hours non-consecutively to get in contact with them and I spoke to a “manager” (I put that in quotations because I was pretty sure she wasn’t a manager and she was just pretending to get me off the phone), who was fairly kind but basically told me there was nothing she could do. Also, as soon as I said that I called a little while ago, and someone hung up on me, she immediately knew who I was so this told me that she knew of the situation and made an active choice not to call me back and resolve the matter. My kids are absolutely obsessed with Taco Bell and for the amount of time and money I spend at this business I would have hoped to have been treated with a little bit more respect and professionalism. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, especially when there Is a long line in a rush and I didn’t wanna make this situation too difficult for anyone I just wanted to come back and pick up my tacos maybe but to be treated in the way that I was, I will definitely be taking this higher up.

Took them 49 minutes to give us a simple order of one taco and one burrito!!!! Have to hire more people man, if u can’t find resource u gotta pay more, there is a line of cars and the dining room was full of people standing and waiting , 49 mins for fast food, ridiculous

Since the renovation, this has consistently been the worst Taco Bell in SD. I have waited 40 minutes and 50 minutes on multiple occasions for my mobile order, and the restaurant was not even busy. The drive thru was completely empty, everyone who ordered after me in the dining room got their food before me, and I was offered no explanation or apology for why I had to wait almost an hour. This used to be one of the better locations in SD, but now I won’t be coming back.

I genuinely hate the management of this property.

I WAS a regular for over 4 years at this place, I used to go there on my lunch break since it was near work and I now used to go there after work and got my usual EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Somehow the same people who know me by name continue to not read my instructions and not add meat in my food. The meat here tastes terrible so I ask for my food without it, every time I drive away at least 25%-33% of my order is either wrong or has meat which I can’t eat. I’ve gone back multiple times and they rush me and give me food I didn’t ask for which is usually a hard shell taco with lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese instead of actually fixing my order.

I’ve stopped using their drive through because it’s a minimum 30-50 minute wait. I’ve gotten to the point where I order my food an hour in advance and go in person and they still won’t make my food on time. They don’t read the instructions, make whatever comes to mind and it’s gotten to the point where I am now switching to a different location. I hope this place gets shut down because management doesn’t care about the customers or food accuracy.

I was just in the drive through, and had to honk several times at the patron in front of me to not reverse into my car as they were clearly inebriated. Because of this, the staff member did not offer me any sauce and was rude When I received my food. I was trying to not be backed into by a drunk girl in a white 4 runner, I was not trying to make the line move faster.

It’s the worst Taco Bell ever. I ordered veg Mexican pizza & don’t know some stick or something’s in there moreover we waited for 20 minutes for our food they messed up with the order I ask for spicy ranch & they have chess sauce with a fries. Please avoid going in this Taco Bell if you are vegetarian.

I probably wouldn't come here again. No more self service soda fountain. 25 minute wait when it was almost completely empty. They also charged me for a item that was suppose to be redeemed through rewards. Side note $3.23 is ridiculous for 1 Doritos Taco.
