This Taco Bell is great. They always get my order right, are nice, happy and professional.
The food and service are usually very good. But several times now when I have arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes before closing time they have either ignored me sitting waiting to give my order or have straight up told me that they stop taking orders. If a business has posted their hours open until 3:00 a.m. then you should be taking orders up until 2:59 a.m. at least.
It's taco bell
Raul is a good employee, he assists me during my order in kiosk
I mean it's Taco Bell, nothing fancy. Staff are busy working so you order yourself.
They're don't have what I like on the menu any longer.. Nor are they properly staffed. Wait times are long in the drive thru.
Number one complaint that I have is the Midnight Cherry Freeze. It was only out for a couple of weeks then you ran out of syrup!!!??? Bring it back!!!
Horrible service, takes way too long to get food, spent 40 min in line after I had already ordered and they still didn't have it ready and tried to give me the wrong order, would rather driver to a farther location
Ordering from the kiosk is such a pain and the menu above where you would normally see what the combos are is just a bunch of pictures of food. Took forever to finally order my food.
Quick, efficient and filled the cavity. Kiosk to order. Tad impersonal.
The young drive-thru employee’s lack of clear communication made my experience frustrating. I asked to use my $5 reward, but he said he couldn’t apply it and told me to use the app. As I placed my order, he then said I couldn’t wait in the drive-thru, despite no cars behind me. After completing my app order and asking him to cancel the first one, he stared at me blankly when I pulled up and claimed I should have told him I placed it. Better training and communication are needed. I’d skip coming to this location, Carmel Mountain location has better service and attentive staff.

My issue isn't with the workers at this Taco Bell. It's with management and corporate. The employees here are always nice, they get my order correct, and the food is usually well made. But the wait times are terrible. This Taco Bell desperately needs more workers. Dinner hours are worked on by a skeleton crew. My drive-thru times are usually 20-25 minutes, when there are only 2-3 cars ahead of me. After 9PM, it seems like there are literally 1-2 workers here. This cost-cutting tactic has driven me away from this place.
Taco Bell executives keep removing staple menu items. Only to add them back in later for a limited amount of time. They do this to take advantage of hype cycles and fear of missing out. I don't want to give my money to a restaurant that takes away the speediness and reliability of fast food.
Needed change from a big bill but one of the workers refused me, saying they dont do change. Yet my friends were able to exchange their bills for change.
Loved the spicy potato soft taco

I've eaten at Taco Bell for many years, I mostly order their burritos but have tried their tacos. The best thing about their food is the hot sauce, which they now bottle. Over the years I notice different variations of ingredients in the burritos, seems they have more of one ingredient and less of another for the same product, this is even so at the same location. Another issue of late is the drive through wait times, either due to less staff or inexperienced staff, but sometimes it's just the people in the car in front of you taking a long time to decide what they want, it's frustrating when you know what you want and they're holding you up.
