Got the 7$ luxe box, by far the worst taco bell ive been to. Drive thru guy was particularly rude, the food wasnt even hot, only ate there cause of the conveniency but its worth driving somewhere else or spending 15 bucks for some better quality, WARMER food and normal service.

I had a frustrating experience at KFC today, and I feel compelled to share. Outside the restaurant, there's a banner clearly advertising a 4-piece chicken tender meal for $10.49. When I went inside to order, I was charged $15.00 instead. I showed them a picture of the advertisement on my phone, and the employee, Jesse, didn't believe me. He had to walk outside himself to check. After confirming the mistake, he told me that the price they were charging me was the correct one. I asked him if they would honor the advertised price, and he refused, claiming it was their error and they couldn't do anything about it. When I pointed out that this was false advertising, he stuck to his story, saying it was just a mistake. This was incredibly disappointing, and I won't be returning. False advertising and poor customer service make for a very negative experience.

You better talk really really slow and repeat everything to the staff I specifically said no chicken mention that I was definitely allergic what do I get I get chicken in my food Yeah okay good times. When I specifically said take out the chicken on that dish substitute seasoned beef even paid for extra season beef and yet there's still chicken crap in my food yep yep and then you wonder why I had to contact corporate

Across the board I think it's just as good as any other tacobell/KFC. But I gotta give a shout out to Willie. Professionalism and charisma that I feel is above and beyond what I'd expect from a fast food place. Give that man a raise

Am I seriously taking the time to write a review about Taco Bell ? Absolutely! I’ve never been treated so poorly when I was just out to get some tacos for lunch. The guy working the drive thru was so unbelievably rude Im still in shock. I pulled away without my food as they wouldn’t take my $50 dollar bill even when they only had to give me back $6 in change. Wild that employees can hold a job when this is how they act.

The lady at the drive thru told me a stupid made up rule that it only 2 hot sauce packets per item and that I can’t ask for more. Please explain how two small packets of hot sauce work for a whole crunch wrap.

The worst Taco Bell/KFC restaurants that I have ever been to. The guy on the speaker was super unprofessional with his speak saying "Dude" and "Bruh". I was completely dumbfounded when I heard him say that. Then it took a good bit for me to actually get my food, which is understandable. It happens sometimes. But the soda tasted off and the food was not to the standards of Taco Bell. Granted the Standard is low but this somehow managed to get further beyond that. It was a waste of time and money!

Sat in the drive thru lane for about 4 mins with no answer after placing an order. So I drove forward and asked if they were open. The first cashier said some answered, but now I'm "already here." Then the drive-thru person was seen washing her hands and told me to go back in the drive thru because I didn't answer her. I asked if she was calling me a liar. She said yes and began to argue with me. I asked her if she's really trying to argue over this, and she said yes and if I wanted something or not because she was busy doing something. So I said no thanks then, not coming here ever again. She made a few inappropriate hand gestures, so I said eff you and left. I've never met any drive thru employee act so childishly at a restaurant in San Diego. I'm calling corporate since they said she was a manager after I called and got hung up on to make a complaint.

This place is horrible. I have a 30 minute lunch only and that place took 15 minutes just to get me my food, then they got the hot sauce wrong, forgot one of the items, and didn't give me a receipt. I rush back to work because it took so long and had to tell a co worker that they didn't get one of their items. Will never go back

The manager in red glasses. Do not stand over your employees angrily. I just watched you all up on the poor drive thru girl as she was making an item you just stood there uncomfortably close staring at her with a scowl. I could see how uncomfortable she was. Very inappropriate red glasses manager should be fired. 7/19/24 130pm
