It was a drive-thru pick up.. placed a mobile order, the person at the other side of the intercom was very friendly and confirmed my mobile order always with joy in his voice, I give 3 stars on atmosphere because I didn't go inside, but can tell the crew inside liked what they where doing, handed my food over with a smile.

This Taco Bell was so so bad. Every taco in our order was stale. Im talking like days old stale. The locos tacos were so bad, it was inedible. For a family of three, they charged us $43 for food that was such bad quality. Half was thrown away. And it wasn't like ordered and picked up late. We ordered m minutes before arriving. Even worse, corporate has done nothing to make this right. They just swept it under the rug and are OK with the quality of their food being terrible.
I will no longer go to Taco Bell. My family won't go to Taco Bell. I won't recommend Taco Bell. I won't even give friends a ride to Taco Bell. Had another restaurant mess up my order and they called the very next day and apologized. I didn't expect any new food or money back, but the apology was sincere, and that was enough. After several emails, I don't even get a reply. The sad part was I had just gotten Taco Bell days prior from a different location and it was delicious. That's the whole reason we were having it again, but if a corporation can't take the time to communicate , then I want nothing to do with them. .
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Good service, open late, the food is good and my wife loves it.
