I went thru the drive thru Saturday the 30th of November at about 5pm. The experience both of the lady on the intercom and the food will leave a lasting impression on me. Never ever will I go near this facility. I had just been in the store on Mira Mesa Blvd a week prior and the attitude and food quality between these two are as different as night and day. I really feel sorry for the owner who has allowed his/her employees to ruin her/his restaurant. Awful, awful experience.
Very rude manager she yells when she talks and no respect

My Disney experience is double sided. The nostalgia keeps me coming back, however the negativity of their entitled worker culture along with the creative ways they have found to extract unreasonable amounts of money from their customers detracts from the original culture that Walt Disney intended. To me it borders on extortion.

AVOID if you’re vegetarian. They filled my Veggie Mexican Pizza with meat. They also completely omitted extras that I paid for. See photo.

the younger guy employee with dark curly hair working night shift at the drive through on 10/29/2024 at 12:30am was rude and gave us one napkin when we asked for multiple. he also would talk with a loud voice on the intercom on purpose and was yelling at other customers as well. we went around the drive through twice to see if he was still doing it to customers after 10 minutes he was! ruined our night and other peoples i’m sure. we just wanted to enjoy the food and be respectful because we knew it was late, but he was yelling at us before we even said anything on the kiosk with another blonde girl employee (younger) laughing in the background.

Had to have them remake the Mexican pizza. The manager seemed really bothered by the fact I noticed they made the first one bad. Not sure where the "I'm sorry I'll fix it" went. After that it was a normal Taco Bell visit.

This Taco Bell charges almost double than all the other Taco Bell’s in this area. I paid $11.99 for the luxe cravings box that is normally $7.99, and they left out one of my tacos.
Manger is absolutely terrible will never go back to this taco bell. Got told had to leave half way ordering togo

0/10 Customer Service... I went with my parents to this location for dining in, which I don't know if I've done since I was a kid. When we weren't able to find an item on the ordering kiosk, we asked someone working if they still had it. The woman said it's on the kiosk. And she didn't bother to help us until we kept telling her it's not on the kiosk. She rolled her eyes and came over and watched us go through the options she told us to go to and said oh, we're all sold out of it. It's so weird because they had the chalupa box big and blasted on the menu on top of the cash register area with no out of stock sign. We finish ordering on the kiosk. A couple orders on the kiosk and then some teenagers come in to order on the kiosk. One of the teenagers just walked to the back in the kitchen after ordering on the kiosk. I have no idea if she's a daughter of one of the staff, but it seemed highly unprofessional to do. The couple and the group of teens got their order first and their orders were larger than ours. I felt confident they spit in our food (cannot prove it). When they called our order, they yelled out my dad's name in a very taunting/sing song way. We continued to order more since the chalupas weren't bad, but everytime we were called, the same rude lady that rolled her eyes at us called out our name in that taunting/sing song way. I also watched an employee kick the door open. Not just kick the bottom of the door as if to open it with your feet. He hoisted his leg up so the bottom of his shoe would hit the push feature that your hands go on to open the door. Gross. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Again, chalupas were good. Customer service, so so so bad. I won't return and they honestly should just shut this location down and turn it into anything else. The amount of one star reviews is justified and disappointing to see in our community.
