Went through the drive thru and was greeted by an AI. If you go into the restaurants you’re forced to use a screen. This is a company that has absolutely no respect for its workers, and no respect for the customer. The amount of upsells they try to get you to do is disgusting. The owner of this franchise is disgusting. (Or whoever made these decisions)

Not good
Got delivery but the dasher went to this location instead of my local. Chicken tacos are supposed to be light orange; the chicken this location sent me was grey/brown. I thought it was a pile of grey beef at first, and I touched it to make sure it wasn't poop. Please stop selling food that's clearly so old it needs to be tossed out. Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had

The robots are taking our jobs! This Taco Bell has a full service AI taking orders at the drive thru. It worked perfectly for me. Very cool! Unfortunately, my beefy five layer burrito tasted a little off.

Snippy staff or an aggressive AI that’s constantly yelling at you giving you no time to think or order. That’s what you’ll have to choose between if you come to this location.

No menu before you pull up to the ordering station so you have zero time to actually read the menu. Then the AI cyborg rushes you to place your order. It does not understand when you say you need a minute to look at the menu. Then they rush your food and under cook the burrito so you get a dry nasty tortilla. The employees were nice, but I hate the AI drive thru experience. It's awful, inconvenient, and lifeless. Can we delay the complete dystopian nightmare just a little longer? Skip this Taco bell and go to a different one.

Burrito supreme now $5.67!!?? WTH, last time a year or so it was 3.69 ish. Won’t go back. Only used to go cause it was cheap. Now it’s expensive and still crappy

More often than not, the food tends to be cold, the service is inconsistent, and they mark up each of the prices like crazy. It’s best to take a drive to another Taco Bell.
