You cannot order from a human ... I told them did not wish to use the computer I wanted to order from a human so a human came out walked over and proceeded to train me how to use computer I walked out I have celiacs you cannot get answers from a dumb terminal if they don't care to listen I don't care to go there ... Rude rude rude

The service was a little slow but friendly. My husband got the $7, box and I got 6 crunchy tacos and a soda. I have never received Taco Bell tacos where my shells were damp underneath, These were not quite soggy, but close. I love crunchy tacos and I usually get my food over at the Taco Bell on El Cajon Blvd. I guess I will continue to go way over there. I live in Logan heights.

Worst Taco bell I’ve been to. I tried this location despite their reviews trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and now I’m left dissatisfied after eating here. The food was put together so sloppy, I was overcharged and when I noticed it the store was closed so I had to contact them the next day once I got off work. The woman that claimed she was the manager responded to me as if the name listed on my receipt didn’t work there. Please find another store or better yet another choice of food.

Walked in to order food, manager comes to counter and points at door and asks me to leave. No idea what I did wrong
It's good el Taco Bell.. But sadly, 20mins after, like 66% I have the urge to go ka-ka... It's always their ground beef.. Super tasty, but it detonates rapidly 🧨

They let me go through the drive thru with my motorized scooter which was very cool of them to do because we were very hungry and very limited on options for places to eat.
