We placed a mobile order thinking it would make things quicker. I decided to pick it up in the store to avoid the drive thru line. The order was supposed to be ready at 5:28, I arrived around 5:30 and we didn’t leave with our food until after 5:45. At no point did anyone ask us our name or what we were waiting for. The drive thru orders were flowing and someone even came in to order at the kiosk well after me and got their food before me.
Another person was waiting on an order when I arrived and after about 10 minutes asked where his order was and they just said they were working on it and continued talking. He eventually just left without the order a few minutes later.
At no point did anyone ask my name or what my order was. I’m assuming they just ignore the mobile orders.
Oh and half the order was cold and soggy by the time I got the order.

I was told my pickup order was next but sat waiting inside for 15 minutes. When I asked a second time, the girl said it doesn't matter what I was told, it wasn't ready, that they prioritize drive through orders, and they weren't going to do it until after all the drive through orders were done. I don't think they understand that orders should be filled in the order they are received.

unbelievably awful service from this Taco Bell location tonight. ordered dine-in for 6:45, phone notification told me it was ready at 6:09! get to the restaurant and they tell me in an extremely rude manner my order isn’t ready yet. i can literally see it on the counter behind the service desk. after receiving cold food, the crunchwrap had a modicum of beef in the center hidden under the taco shell. i was so appalled, i didn’t even bother to complain. head east if you’re looking for a satisfactory Taco Bell experience in SD. this place ain’t it.

Whoever is managing the inside section needs fired. Very rude, and they don’t have any customer service skills. I went through the drive-through and ordered chips and cheese my order the girl didn’t add it on and I asked her again to add chips and cheese. When I got my order she forgot, and they wouldn’t let me get it at the drive-through. Then, I had to go inside and order it again through a kiosk, the lady grabbed my original bag like and looked in there I was lying and started to argue with me. The same lady with glasses kept trying to argue with me say oh you didn’t pay for it and you didn’t order it. I definitely did order it TWICE at the drive through, because she messed it up on the screen the first time. She then continued to argue with me and say I was lying. I shouldn’t have to correct my order three times. We are humans, just admit you made a mistake. I am the one paying and I would’ve understood, gaslighting me is crazy. Very unprofessional, the people that work here seem miserable.

We saw a man patiently wait for his order only to finf out it say on the shelf since 4:02. He recieved it at 4:18. This was 1/19/ 25. The tall lady thought it was funny and didnt apologize to the man.
Normally the only problem i have with this Yaco bell in particular is it being slow. Others aren't so bad. Which is whatever, I can always sit in the car. But this time I got the Cantina chicken meal and I got it without any sauce. It really ruined the experience. Just dry chicken in a taco. I checked the recipt too and the sauce wasn't marked off. I don't know. It just sucked this time.
