When you order from the kiosk, there's no one to help you. Waited a good 5 to 8 minutes for someone to assist us. I finally got someone who did not know, like we did not know how to operate it. needs improvement on customer service.

The dining room is always locked I don't have a car so I got the app and ordered online and after waiting it finally told me my order was ready at pick up counter after realizing that I couldn't get to a counter I went around through the drive-thru on foot and they wouldn't serve me my food in spite of having my order number and my debit card being charged. Would not let me talk to a manager I'm still trying to get my money back😣
I asked if this place took ebt and because Google said they do and they mocked me and laughed at me.

Like so many other fast food places now, you can only order at a machine. If you are paying with cash, then you have to wait (in my last visit, 10 minutes) before someone came over to take my money. In my opinion, for the price and the waiting, the food was not worth it.

I’ve been wanting to this review for sooooooooo long because 1 or 2 times i can accept it but I literally have been there more than once and it always takes almost 30 minutes in between ordering and receiving my food screw this place worst than the Popeyes next door.
