DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to any other location nearby its worth the drive. First of all, everything at this location is 50% more than any other location I've ever been to. The luxe cravings box is 7.99 when it should be 5 dollars as advertised. The party pack was 23 dollars and it is 16 DOLLARS at any other location. Also the cantina tacos are VERY small at this location to be charging 12 dollars for the meal. Also there is a big overstaffing problem at this location compared to how many customers are at this location. Currently there are 8 staff members standing around and yet it took over 25 minutes to receive my food. This franchise owner should be de-franchised since this horrible experience is not what Taco Bell should stand for.

okay highkey the worst Taco Bell I've been to. My bf ordered 3 tacos and I got 2 chicken tacos and a burrito. When we returned HOME, we noticed that we were missing the burrito AND instead of the 2 chicken tacos, we got 2 completely different tacos. Additionally, my bf and I heard two of the employees talking and showing one of their pens (you know the kind I'm referring too). He had it in his pocket. Is this your standard?

They were very slow in their service with very few customers. They were well-staffed but slow. The food was adequate but the beans were runny and the burritos were falling apart. How far is customer service call Mom they were very disinterested in customers and when asked for one sauce they gave a totally different sauce.

Should I get a lawyer to take a look at a potential false advertising, deceptive marketing? It was awful, barely any chicken. The young staff were less than professional. The 3.4 rating is actually generous. This franchise owner should be de-franchised for their lack of providing what TB corporate is pushing.

I don’t know why this location always has a crazy line. Maybe it’s because people give up on waiting in the In-N-Out line next door. Just do yourself a favor if you’re driving and go to the El Cajon Blvd location a mile away. You might even be able to walk there and have your food faster than waiting here at this location.

asked to pay for an item with card and the rest on cash.. guy seemed so confused, then i said “ok can i do $6 card and the rest cash?” still seemed confused, ended up charging me full order on card and asked if that was ok .. ? didn’t really have a choice by then.. idk maybe teach your employees your own system
