Was asking basic questions about a menu item that the employee was over complicating then started to get a very bad attitude and just kept saying that they couldn't understand me making it seem like it was just a problem with the headset. Then when speaking with them at the window they told me that they were the manager would not provide me a first name nor would they provide me with any contact person's name at the store as well. This event took place at 12:30 p.m. on February 25th. Instead of deescalating if this person is the store manager or just trying to make things right, they wanted to sit there and argue with me. She was wearing glasses and had a terrible demeanor about her. Should definitely not be running. The drive-thru with that kind of attitude sounds very disgruntled like she doesn't want to be there. I get that it's not the best job, but if that's really the manager at this store then corporate needs to step in and reevaluate this person's behavior. We all know that it's not the best job in the world, but if you don't like your job, go somewhere else.

too much was going on at this location, the service was down horrendous, staff was taking to long just to make a small order, even with a big crew they had. No one was at the register and had to wait over 10 minutes to get served. Once the food came out for me and my family, my food was cold. Only thing warmed was my nacho cheese sauce. No flavor. The place stinked, and was not clean. Finally, on top of that there was soap in my baja blast drink. Which I can tell they rushed cleaning the machine and left it not wiped or fully cleaned. Whoever is the manager here needs to step it up.

I gave him a one star because of the manager her attitude I was there for 45 minutes and she did not even help me out and there was another customers been waiting there for 30 minutes. They did not even help them out. They said oh sorry somebody took your orders which is that was all lying and stuff like that all the workers out there were yelling at each other laughing, fighting and etc., and when I even called the manager And she said she will be back to talk to me. I waited five minutes with no response and no orders and I asked them. I told them again 45 minutes. I’ve been waiting and why there’s no order and the work made an excuse. Oh, we’re busy we can get your order done. We had so many orders going on And I stated to her it’s not my problem. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes. And then the manager came, her name is Leonor and I don’t know if she’s lying she didn’t even offer me a free drink or anything I like how many workers they had and they not even on her break or doing anything

Without a doubt, the worst Taco Bell in the world is this location in Mission Valley. The service is terrible, and the food quality is also awful—I even got food poisoning. The employees work with endless bad moods; I’ve never seen them smile, and they always seem grumpy about life. They don’t attend to customers—no one stays at the counter to take orders, and you have to beg to be helped. It’s full of delivery drivers, and they don’t attend to them either. In short, this Taco Bell location could close, and it would be doing Mission Valley a great favor.

The restaurant itself is great. Staff are top notch at the drive thru. Food is high quality. Knocking off a star because the location is horrendous and the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of with In & Out Nextdoor.

If this is a franchise, the owner, the general manager, the manager, the assistant Manager and team lead should be completely embarrassed by the way that they run this establishment. For the second time this week, the food has been cold. You know for a fact it’s been sitting because the tortilla shell and the tortillas are stuck to the wrapper. The meat is cold. The nacho bell grande barely has meat on it, it’s always packed with mostly beans. By far the absolute worst Taco Bell I have visited.
