Normally I wouldn’t care but this is like the third time we haven’t gotten everything we ordered. Usually it’s not a big deal, but that ish adds up. It’s pretty annoying, it’s late, I’m not driving back so I guess they just get my money.
Taco Bell, is there anyway to get my money back? This location is usually great but not so much these last few times

The place is in a pretty ghetto area. Lots of homeless hanging around the area. Ordered KFC for my daughter and they forgot to give us the drink. The coleslaw was super watery. It's not the best.

These people don’t know how to get any order correct. I just ordered $50 worth of food. The guy at the window assured me everything was in 1 bad and everything correct. Every single thing accept for the cinnamon twists are wrong and half my kids have nothing to eat bc of allergies. I have tried calling and nobody ever answers the phone. It’s rush hour traffic, my kids both just tested positive for the flu and now this. I was already on the freeway so I can’t turn back and be in anymore in traffic bc they need to be in bed. Oh and to top it off the jerk didn’t even give me a receipt so now I have spent $50 dollars of my earned money and can eat like $5 worth! Scum!

I gave them yet another chance but apparently $20 an hour now gets you the quality of workers that can read NO TOMATOS. I know its a lot to ask and all. This is exactly why people were against fast food pay increases. Cant handle the simplest of tasks.
