Cool spot for a quick bite. I was more intrigued to find out that it was the very first Taco Bell opened in San Diego years ago. They've since torn down the old building and put a new modern style Taco Bell in its place. However, they still retained a small replica of the old Taco Bell by the drive-thru area. You can see it as you pull up. Pretty cool. I liked it.

My DIL's parents went to eat so they brought her a chicken quesadilla and got me a mango tea. It looked and tasted like yellow water! It was really diluted. When they got up to us I had to get ready and go down to fix it. Since I was there and a half hour had elapsed I got a burrito supreme. The clerk acted like I was trying to scam them out of a free soda... while he had a full cup of light yellow water!
We live nearby, and we have had lots of order errors there lately. Usually I have to check the order before we leave! I'll be going down to talk to the manager.

They didn't ask me what sauce I wanted when I went through the drive through so I went inside and asked for sauce and they said they had to charge me for it. ???

Edit: after actually eating my order, the fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets seemed old and overcooked compared to other locations. Overall terrible experience for a taco bell and that's saying a lot lol

Ordered from the drive thru, requested 3 supreme soft tacos with fire sauce. Order was repeated correctly. I was charged for supreme tacos. I received regular tacos and mild sauce.

It’s a young lady that is working the window that has no concept of context clues nor is she a good listener. I told her multiple times that I wanted one Doritos Locos taco and one soft taco supreme for some reason she made my total $50 after I explained to her multiple times what my order was And then told me that she doesn’t make the prices…. Well I almost made her ass whooping. But lucky for her my son was with me . After leaving the window having to go back around and make my order again and speak to her like a three year-old she finally got it right totaling $13but it should’ve been the first goddamn time.

I like Taco Bell, but my wife isn’t into it. What she is into are random landmarks. This particular Taco Bell has a miniature taco bell in the back by the drive-thru. Don’t get too excited…..there aren’t miniature people making miniature Chalupas. It’s just a tiny little adobe structure that sort of resembles a full-size Taco Bell. If you’re looking to kill a few minutes and are willing to fight traffic to do it, this is the place.

Taco Bell was never Michelin-star cuisine to begin with, but oh, how it has fallen from its original glory. Our meal was sad, overpriced, and tasteless — a real shame.
