Someone that’s been going to this location for a while now is there anyway you guys can fix that loud annoying fan for the drive-through window ? It’s been busted for almost 2 years you can’t even talk to the cashier It’s so loud.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. If we’re checking if our order is correct on the screen we confirm, pay extra for extra customs you’d think they’d be there right? How did they get that wrong or how did they go missing? Then argue things we ordered on DoorDash that isn’t exclusive to it before and they say “that doesn’t exist”. Yeah there’s plenty of other locations. AVOID THIS ONE!
Fantastic service! I came by the other night and when I got home I realized my order was wrong. I called the store and their first statement was “what can I do to make it right”. They went above and beyond making it right. And today when I came by they were engaging and welcoming and asked me if there was anything else that they could do for me. I wish I remembered the employees name, but his focus on service and kindness is something that I have not experienced in a long time. I highly recommend this Taco Bell for all your dining experiences. Thanks!

I order here all the time as a rewards member. Today 4/10/ 2025 at 1:30 pm I go into the establishment to pick up my order I asked for a large cup of ice, only ice I was told by the cashier that I'd have to pay for a large drink..... All I wanted was ice then I asked if I could substitute my birthday free drink for the ice and she proceeded to say NO, she'd have to charge me $4, for a cup of ice!!! She was extremely rude I wish I knew her name. But a person asking for eyes who clearly just purchased something you should help that customer out not tried to drain their pockets for a cup of ice $4 I could have went to a store and got a bag of ice but all I want was a cup of ice she didn't even offer me a water cup

Super quick service! Order is always ready when I go for a pick-up. Can't go wrong with a chalupa, Doritos locos taco, five-layer burrito, and their drinks (Baja Blast is the classic, their Brisk tea and new flavor are also great).
Their nacho fries will change your life, when they're available. I've been told you can ask for them inside of burritos as well! I keep forgetting to ask though... And I also think it doesn't work through the app.
