The worst service ever. I have never seen people provide this service in a store. 30 minutes waiting for my order that I ordered to take away. A total lack of respect. Employees cracking jokes while people wait for food. If you have the option to drive 20 more minutes but go to another branch. Do it. They are going to save themselves a bad time. I hope the company takes measures to prevent this from happening.
Forcing me to use the kiosk is not good for customer service and your business. And this excuse that the front register "doesn't work"/"they won't let us use it" is total BS! When you keep losing cutomers and profits due to this reason you will eventually change back to using a font counter person to take orders. 2/25/25

Walked in and walked up to the counter and not a single employee out of 8 to 10 of them greeted me. Nonetheless didn't even notice that i was there and if they did they ignored me. Went to use the kiosk which I knew better from last time that I had to use it to place my order only to wait for 15 minutes then I had to go up to the counter and ask them where's my order and they're like oh you placed an order and I'm like yeah man I've been waiting 15 minutes so he looks on the front register he tells me oh you need to pay which explains why I've been waiting for 15 minutes. So then he takes my money and finaly 10 minutes later I get my one single item order. I'm the only person in the building at this time and there's no one in the Drive-Thru waiting. The whole damn time I can hear all the employees just back there laughing and working and bullshiting with each other. Absolutely the crappiest Taco Bell I've been to in years. Only been coming here because I like Taco Bell and it's close to my house but that's about to stop. SMH
And the fact that the owner hasn't replied to any of these complaints also says a lot about the business and how it's managed.

I give you guys one star for the rude behavior of the employees. One of the employees scolded me for trying to use the sanitizer in the hall. She said that they need to put up a barrier so that people like me don't go there, it's only for employees. And she didn't take her eyes off her phone. What's stopping you guys from putting another sanitizer in the hall so that people like me don't interrupt your employees with their phones during working hours?
The foods great! Usually fast too. Customer service in drive thru is awesome!

I always enjoy a late night Taco Bell run! Thank you guys for keeping my order an hour after I ordered it! I made the mistake of thinking I was off of work sooner than expected, and called TB asking if they could hold onto my order as i still intended to come. Sure enough, I get there and it’s not only still there, but still warm! ?

Price gouging at this location. No way food is worth 40% more here. Beware.

Like most modern (DEI) set ups. The place is fulla non-english speaking ppl who are lacking in urgency and helpfulness.
Its not really clean either.
Also, its Taco Bell ppl. We live in California. Hit up a taco shop for real Mexican food.

Just went here for the first time. Got a grilled cheese burrito and they forget the cheese. Ordered a mexican pizza with sour cream and they forgot the sour cream. And got cinnamon twists and they forgot that too. Should have checked. But still annoying.

I went to Tacobell this morning and the lady Maria she did not attend me and I'm a disabled person and also she called my daughter a son and got me it's not professional and I even asked for the manager and the manager looked at me like if she doesn't care. I want to talk to the corporation to make a complaint about those ladies.
This location seems to have prices higher than other location in the app
