Very average at best. I don't bother with tacos because their soft and crunchy tacos always soggy and wet with grease. Their drinks taste very watered down. If you have the time, take the extra 5 mins to drive down the Aero Drive one.

The vegetables in my combo did not taste good. I didn't eat the tacos because the lettuce was so bad. Tasted like it was sitting in 3 day old water. The burrito was better but only because the meat and cheese masked the bad tomatoes and lettuce. Avid Taco Bell goer. Never had it taste like this before.Had had good food from this location...not today.

Got there at 9:30AM to order breakfast. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes. No one asked for my order. Drove up to window. Still no one there. I saw an employee in the lobby. I honked my horn to get her attention. She held up 10 fingers. What does that mean? Open in 10 minutes or open at 10:00am?I called when I got to the office to find out what the story is? I was told they are not serving breakfast during Covid and they don't open until 10:00am. How about putting this bit of info on your website or post a sign at the drive thru menu notifying the customer of the schedule change. Place is so poorly run! It's always something here. I hope their main office reads this.

They're not open for takeout / carry out, they're only open for drive-thru. They blame it on this whole covid-19 but it really isn't necessary for them to not accept any carryout orders. There are lots of other restaurants that are open for carry out. They also limited their hours too. I guess they really want to go out of business.

Consistently charges me for the food I order including a premium up charge for tomatoes and sour cream, yet never adds them to my tacos. 3rd time now even when I asked them to confirm.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It was one guy by the name of Anthony that was handling the front end and the drive-thru. He repeatedly asked for help and no one would came. The few employees that were there just stood around talking. I had to use the restroom and as soon as I went in there were cleaning products all over the toilet and it didn't seem like anyone I was going to clean it up so of course I cleaned it up myself to use the restroom smh But you really can't blame any of the employees because apparently the manager is allowing them to carry on like that. If the manager is not following the rules the employees will not either. I noticed the manager was going in and out of the store talking to her friends in a car being loud. This whole place is a circus. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money at this establishment

Staff was very friendly. The girl in the back making my food was funny and on top of it. She double checked my order and told me it was all there and correct. My food was hot n yummy.
