I ordered 5 very expensive and small mulitas and they changed them for tacos, all cold without seasoning, check your takeout orders because they charge you more and give you something else

We just checked this place out for the first time as it is our first time in San Diego visiting from Oahu, Hawai'i. We never tried Mexican food here in California and OMG so yummy. We tried different other tacos. And omg 10/10!!! Also, the older lady who helped us she's super nice and explained what were in the tacos. We love it most definitely will be back when we come back to visit!!! I didn't get a chance to take pictures and digged in right away. Haha

I was looking for great Mexican food and was able to find Tacos La Chorreada with the help of Yelp. The fellow Yelpers rated this highly and I totally agree! I enjoyed the Carne Asada burrito which is simply stuffed with delicious carne asada , guacamole and salsa (just the way I like it). For $13, the burrito was twice the size of a Chipotle burrito and twice as tasty (and Chipotle does make tasty food). I also had a couple Lengua tacos. The person who took my order was friendly and the food was ready in no time. They had a couple long benches in front for seating. I would definitely come back here whenever I return to San Diego:)

This place is GOOD! It's a bright green food truck that you can't miss. There are a few tables and chairs right out front so you can sit and eat. I didn't eat there since it got really cold and windy so took my order to go. The woman taking orders was super nice. I ordered adobada, carne asada and nopales/chorizo tacos and they did not disappoint. My daughter said the adobada is so good and she can't wait to eat it again. The tortillas were perfect and the meat was seasoned well. I also ordered the carne asada quesadilla for my super picky son and he loved it. Overall, good experience and great food for my family. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic spot to stop for some dank tacos close to home. Super fast and hot, with some great sauces on the side. Absolutely try the adobada.
The tacos here are THE BEST I've ever had. The yellow corn tortillas are soft with a sweet little crunch on the outside. I got the chorizo nopales taco which was 10/10 - cactus was cooked perfectly, the carne asada taco also 10/10, and the mulitas with half adobada and half carne asada was like a crunchy quesadilla taco. Everything was so flavorful but the last thing I'll have to add is that the sauces is where the money is at. All had a perfect kick to them, each one packing a different flavor. The red one is smokey, the light green one is like a lime chili onion sauce, and the last one is a good old taco truck green sauce. A lot of the sauces from taco shops don't have a lot of heat to them and are quite bland to me. I'll have to bring everyone I know here because it's my new favorite that I'll have to have every Tuesday. And the lady is so nice, you can tell she loves putting together some fire tacos cause she had a huge smile on her face when I told her everything was amazing!

Simply the best food spot in the neighborhood. The Chorreada tacos melt in your mouth. The burritos are huge and delicious. Every bite is an absolute joy packed with complex flavors. Price is unbeatable. The highlight of my week is walking over to this big green truck.

The horchata smooth with complex spices that make it stand out; excellent.The asada mulitas have ruined me to tacos. They are inexplicably both juicy and crispy around the edges. They have so much flavor and you customize the heat with the combo of sauces they send you off with.The staff were super helpful and patient with our questions, and everything came out very quick.Adding this place to ❤️ list so I visit every time I come back to SD.
