Fantastic ramen shop, great place to go if you're looking for some authentic Japanese cuisine. Waited maybe 5 minutes top for our food to come out, so super fast service. Went during happy hour with my wife and ended up getting the Karaage, gyoza, and Spicy Sesame Ramen. Ramen had super good broth, great pork, and it was loaded with toppings. The gyoza was cooked perfectly. Karaage was some of the best i had in a long time. Would definitely eat here again.

We were looking for vegan lunch while car shopping and found Tajima Ramen Bar. Nice atmosphere, great prices and the vegan ramen is outstanding! Definitely worth the visit!

Thank you to Gabriel, Eldric, and the staff at Tajima for going above and beyond with their kindness and attentiveness! They helped us to have such a fun night on top of the amazing food! Food here was soooo yummy.

10/10 would recommend. On a Sunday night this place wasn't crowded and I loved that because we were originally going to a different ramen spot on our yelp list. However, the wait time was over an hour for that place, Tajima sat us right when we walked in so we could get our fix off the rip. The ramen was good, my only regret was that I didn't get more. And the service was top notch too. I can see us coming back to Tajima and trying out the other location too.

Carnitas FRIED rice not worth the money I thought it was literally fried like they do in a wok or Benihana style it was simply white soft rice with flavoring. Not Much carnitas had a couple of chunks with fat. Fried chicken appetizer tasty but a bit more fat needed to be trimmed. Potstickers good.

We went out on a Saturday night and this was the only place open at 9 pm! It was great and a life savor! We ordered the chicken ramen, regular pork ramen, takoyaki, and brussel sprouts. Brussel sprouts werent as good as i hoped. Imagine a gently baked and then fried brussel sprout with a light soy sauce as a dipping sauce. Pro tip: to avoid the wait just get a bar seat. Still was a great experience and place to eat.

Great staff and setup. Ordering was a little clunky, and the broth had a very strong flour or cornstarch taste that was a little off putting. Would certainly give it another try though. Pretty cool little place!

The ramen was delicious. We had the ramen with the Tonkotsu broth. The noodles were so good. We loved the broth with the garlic.

My go to for ramen!! I'm also in loveeee with their Brussels sprouts tempora and ponzu sauce. I'm a huge brussel sprouts fan and they make theirs perfectly. I live a block from this place and literally order their brussel sprouts tempora at least once a week to go because they're that good.

Best Ramen in San Diego. The vibe here is great. Young people run it with a smile on their face. Very attentive service and top quality food.

Great ramen! The broth was flavorful and spicy. The egg was sweet but a little salty which made the taste amazing! The service was cool - order at the front and you can order and pay at your seat as well for additional items. The edamame was super tasty, full of garlic! There was no wait on a Sunday night and it was a great meal. I got the spicy tonkatsu!

Compared to the other Ramen places in the area, this one is probably the worst that I've tried. Though not terrible, it's far from superior. Broth is off, something just does does meld. Also comparing meat ratio with other locations, this places gives the least. If you're in a pinch, it's find. But I'd recommend elsewhere.
