Wonderful food! Staff was super sweet and accommodating. My friend and I got the cream cheese wontons as an appetizer. I had the chicken ramen and she had the tajima black ramen (garlic). Everything was deilicous!
Parking is a bit rough with the small lot but its definitely worth it if you can go! :)

I loved the valentine Special 3 course meal. Had the chicken Ramen, a macha drink and a macha pannacotta for desert.

Recently, the food has still been good in terms of flavor, but they've reduced portion sizes and increased prices. For example, the pork chashu bowl only came with one piece of chashu instead of two, which is quite a small portion. The extra toppings have also reduced in portion, at least for the ground pork, which they now give about half as much as they used to, which is ridiculous for spending three dollars for the extra topping.
The restaurant itself is very nice, definitely needs better acoustics, but the servers are very friendly and do a good job.

Bad service can ruin good food and lose customers.

I recently dined here with my family for the first time. Overall, the food quality was good; however, our experience was overshadowed by a serious food safety and service issue.
A portion of the chicken karaage was undercooked. I respectfully brought this to the attention of our server, who took the plate to the manager. From our table, I observed the manager immediately dismiss the concern by stating, “that’s not raw,” without asking questions, inspecting the dish further, or coming to our table to address the issue.
Following that interaction, service was effectively nonexistent. No one checked on us, no apology was offered, and the concern was never acknowledged. Prior to leaving the restaurant, my spouse became ill and vomited in the restroom, and I personally experienced food poisoning symptoms for the next 12 hours.
Despite the issue being raised, the chicken karaage remained on our final bill. Ignoring a legitimate food safety concern and proceeding as if nothing occurred is highly unprofessional.
I am a chef with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I understand that mistakes happen—but how a restaurant responds defines its professionalism. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was disappointing and, frankly, embarrassing from an industry standpoint.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews their approach to guest concerns, food safety, and accountability.

The food was fine yet the problem was the fact that it seemed we were just a chore. There was no excitement in the greeting. No asking if we wanted to wait for a table? There's no feeling of welcome. And it showed throughout the service. One last note don't use cleaning chemicals to clean a table while people are sitting at it.

Great quick service! Able to get seated right away on a Sunday night. Got the chicken ramen and it was so delicious and satisfying, perfect for a cold night!
When we arrived at the location, we added our name to the waitlist after being told it would be a 20-minute wait. We waited nearby, and after 50 minutes, we received a text that we had been taken off the waitlist. We entered the restaurant and told the employees what happened and got seated right away. After receiving our food the server asked if we needed anything else, we asked for a lemonade and a fork. The lemonade arrived within a minute but 15 minutes passed and no fork was given, we had to flag down another employee, and for one. The restrooms were not very clean.

First time and will definitely come back! Originally came to try a different restaurant close by but wait was too long so came here instead but so glad we did! Our server Emily was a big contributor to the great experience and the food was delicious! Thank you to all staff! Will be back!

Wait to get in wasn't too bad (25mins or so) but wait for food to reach table was very annoying (45mins). One would expect that the food would be hot at the very least after a wait like that, but no :) ordered the spicy sesame ramen and (a.) It was at room-temperatue, (b.) the quantity of meat was high-key stingy. Highly disappointing experience, and very surprised that ramen lists in SD track this as one of the best bowls you could get. Should've just gone to Ramen Nagi, and gotten ensured satisfaction.

Great Place to eat! People have spoken to me in Hinesville Georgia along with Jack In the Box! They wish something like this could happen like us! Their Sake Bombs, Ramen, & Sushi is the best! So good that NG/National City PD bring their plus 1 or 2 from Roosevelt Ave, just look at their outside meetings before coming!

Had the curry ramen which was very good. Had rich smooth flavor and the right amount of spice. And they had a beer tower special for 20 bucks. Definitely will go back to try other options
