Stopped by this Sunday evening for dinner. Food: We started with the Takoyaki and a couple of hand-rolls. The Takoyaki was warm and exactly what I was hoping for. Then we moved onto the main course, their signature Tajima Ramen. Me and my partner both added carnitas to our bowls. The carnitas was juicy and worked really well with the pork broth. The whole bowl was well put together and I recommend adding some of their complimentary chili oil. Service: The service was excellent, from the moment we walked in and until we were out the door. Our server Charlie was kind and patient, while me and my partner worked our way through the menu. We ended our meal with two pieces of cheesecake which I highly recommend, I love cheesecake and this was a different take on one of my favorite deserts.

Food was delicious! I had the carnitas ramen which was a little spicy at first. The soup gave me pozole or birria vibes. And the Tajima fries are the best fries I've ever tasted! They are garlicy and cheesy. The service was also really good and quick! And the environment and restrooms were clean :)

I got vegan ramen and tofu completely dissolved in the broth making it more of the stew than liquid. Overall ramen lacked any flavor and was really hard to eat. Servers were sweet and sake was strong but main reason why we stopped by, ramen, was mediocre, to say the least.

The food was amazing I got a spicy ramen and it was so good. It will fill you up but I there are no refills for the drinks which I didn't like. The service is amazing there are really nice workers here. The place is nice, it's very clean and comfortable.

Food was fast, ambience was comfortable and had variety for solo diners, private dates, and groups of friends, and the service was fantastic.I had a tab under Edris's name but I didn't catch the name of the woman who was actually helping me out. She was incredible. I wanted to stay longer just so she'd bother me a little more. Alas, you can’t leave your number on digital receipts. The woman that helped me to my table, too, was friendly and quick. Even one of the kitchen staff gave me a smile.I got the chicken ramen with some spinach noodles and it was perfect. A treat. Just what I needed.Thank you.

I absolutely adore this place. The service is beyond amazing. Yuto takes amazing care of everyone who comes in. I always get so excited to see he is working when I come in. The ramen is delicious, I love the tajima ramen and I add Sriracha! Yuto is the real reason I keep coming back, great service is my biggest reason for continuing to come back here. Thank you so much! Why is the food so good and the service so bad? We got up to ask for every single thing we needed. Refills, menu items, straws etc. I’m assuming this restaurant leans heavily on their take out customers.

Good spot for ramen, the carnitas ramen is super good. There happy hour ends an hour early than posted online but it’s still a spot to check out. Other standouts were the edamame and churros (lol such a weird thing to get at a ramen spot but they are delicious)
