The boy working was very nice professional and he made a delicious drink ! The place was previously tancha and so I was surprised when I walked in and it was a new boba spot! But let me tell you, I was very please and actually loved the flavor of this Ceylon milk tea way more than tancha made it. 10/10 recommended

I'm totally obsessed with cheese foam drinks! The cheese foams are legit amazing. But, here's the deal - their cream cheese is kinda hit or miss. The foam is supposed to be this perfect blend of slightly salty, sweet, and creamy goodness. Sometimes they nail it, but other times, it goes way too salty and leaves me feeling all weird, like I'm sipping on a super salty potion or something. Overall, I'd give it three stars. Has potential, but needs some consistency.Brûlée Thai Milk Tea was good tho.

I've been here multiple times and their boba is consistently good! Service is sometimes not great, but they do get the good boba and tea out, so can't complain. I will continue coming here!

Huge bummer! The slush was fine, but the waiter didn't specify that they only have flavored Boba. I ordered my drink and asked for Boba. After they made the drink, I asked if they would be willing to remake it, or at least give me another cup so I could pour it in without the caramel boba. The lady was really rude to me, and it was like pulling teeth to get the other cup. Not often deterred by bad customer service but that sucked!
Love oolong milk tea with tiramisu foam. The fact that you can request for less sugar or quarter sugar is a bonus!

Long read ahead.I've been a pretty regular customer at this store since it opened. Used to go there almost every week because their drinks were good with strong, fragrant tea flavor. I've always bought 5-7 drinks each time! The staff was also pretty nice back then. Then I moved farther away so couldn't go there that often anymore. Lately I went back frequently even though I had to travel out of my route to buy the drinks because I miss them. I have always bought the same drinks (super fruit tea and uji green milk tea with tiramisu foam) every time I go so I know pretty well how the drinks taste. Today, when the employee gave me a drink that looked totally different compared to previous times (The uji green milk tea with tiramisu foam usually has a creamy green color, today it was white), I verified with him whether he made it correctly. He confirmed yes; but when I got to the car and drank it, it tasted so bland and watery. I went back to let the employee know how it tasted, a female employee came out and told me that she put less of the matcha powder in my drink, that was why the color was off but it should not affect the flavor because everything else is the same. I was baffled at her explanation. I asked are you sure you use the same recipe, she nodded her head and insisted that the less amount of matcha power should not affect the flavor of the drink. Well, that right there is not the same recipe! She stood by the watery, bland tea that she just made despite the unsatisfactory feedback from a customer, with no apology or offer to make it right. She made me felt that my business does not mean anything to them so I decided to leave and I threw the drink in the trash can by the door on my way out. Very subpar customer service. My family also said the super fruit tea I bought for them today tasted bland and had no tea flavor. Needless to say, today is my last trip there.

I’m usually not a fan of foam drinks but I tried some of my girlfriend’s Matcha Foam drink and the foam is one of the best I’ve had.
