This place is so so good for the price. We loved it. As people who eat Indian food every day, this food felt very homemade and was absolutely delicious. The chai is a 10/10 as

I love Indian food, its just too bad thus place like each Indian food place i visit, either serve super small servings (two spoonfuls of lentil soup) really and half of a naan bread and maybe enough for one chicken thigh of meat for $15 ?or they have magic menus meaning….. the menu shows one price and then you go to pay and magically the menu is off by $5? And you end being charged an additional price almost double the tax? Only to be told “ ohhh we have updated the menu! This is why most restaurantals dont last. Over priced, small portion lack luster food. I have had waaaay better food but if your in mission valley skip this place. Its expensive and small portions. Maybe a gerbel would get full if you catch my drift. You say hi to the owner and he acts like someone just gave him news if a death. Super dry staff who go through rhe motions of collecting your cash but not friendly considering the patronage.

The customer service is great! Very kind local India food spot! The Naan is perfect on a cold, rainy day. Warms and fills you stomach instantly! I recommend getting the mango specialty drink. It's so good you will wish for a larger cup!

Hole in the wall Indian restaurant with good food. I stumbled on it accidentally and was looking for unique food choices, and found it. Select from vegan vegetarian or conventional meals. The owner and staff will adjust the spice level of each meal to your liking! Each dish comes with naan bread serving. The only down side is that all dishes are served in to-go packages even if you eat there...

Hole in the wall restaurant with good Indian food! I had the eggplant dish, chickpeas dish and vegetable samosas all of which were very good. The downfall was when the server brought us our plastic utensils he was not holding them by the handles but by the head of them! Of course I threw them away and got my own.

Is this place the best Indian food I'd ever had? Not really... But it sure is a solid option among everything here in the food court. It's a simple and cheap option for a lot of lunchtime folks in the nearby offices, and definitely on the cheaper side of things which I really appreciate. I'd recommend one of the veggie entrees with rice, dal and naan, and you can eat for less than $10 lunch! My favorite so far has been the palak paneer.

10/10 for what you get along with an unbeatable price point. Indian food is my favorite go-to, but often times restaurants are so pricey I have to save takeout for special occasions. I feel so lucky to have found this spot! Yes, the food is not to a 5 star restaurant scale, but that's not why you go to a family owned takeout centered spot. I think expecting more would be just silly. Authentic 9/10 taste food with a pretty wide range on the menu for a family staff. My husband and I tried the palak paneer, navrattan korma, samosas, fries, & garlic naan. The price of a combo for what you get is unreal. I think the portions are spot on. I will be back regularly. Rare little gem!

This place is really good! Very authentic Indian food with very warm and inviting service. Every time I eat here it feels like I went to someone's house and they made food for me. It is very, very good. Any of the curries are so good, the naan is delicious, and the vegetable samosas are super good too. The prices are really reasonable. I got a combo plate and two samosas for $10. Highly recommend!

This place was awful. So disappointing and the service was blah as well. I don't know how you get a salad wrong, but they did and ugh.
