This location, in particular is outstanding because of the superior customer service. The cashier woman was the sweetest. She knew all the answers to all my questions I had and helped me make my decision. I ordered the lavender Matcha milk tea with sea salt foam 1/2 sweet. Good choice for me, she knew what I would like. I appreciate her help. The drink was creamy smooth and extra tasty. Happy I chose this location.

Absolutely our favorite place now becomes a tradition every Tuesday or Wednesday. We must have our favorite Boba. We’ve been going there since my daughter was third grade, right now My daughter is freshman. The owner and her sister are delightful always very kind and welcoming.

Their customer service is seriously the worst they had an annoyed face and just overall super rude. The drinks also took like 30 minutes to make when mind you there was no other customer there would not recommend at all.

I came in today and they have amazing customer service! I didn't like my drink at first (not their fault I'm super picky lol) and they didn't hesitate to make me a new one no extra charge. As someone who works in customer service, it's rare to see people as kind as the employee who helped us out! Everything was delicious & made quickly, clean store and a great menu :)

This is a sleeper space for sure. It looks underwhelming at first glance but the oolong milk tea I had was amazing and the Boba is amazing and I didn't even need to get extra Boba because now I have too much they definitely don't skimp. Would definitely come again

I don’t think it’s the location’s fault at all, it must be some sort of corporate meddling as this is the only TapEx that has completely abandoned the Taiwanese basil chicken. Recipe used to be more normal until a few years ago where now it’s just hard chicken instead of crispy chicken, a recipe that lacks any of the Taiwanese basil flavoring found in Convoy’s TapEx. This place also lacks combos of the same quality, using warmed up edamame and corn kernels in place of steamed veggies and fried egg.

I truly wish corporate would do something about this, there is no Taiwanese basil chicken where us SDSU students have convenient access to throughout the day. I’ve had acceptable green apple tea and green apple tea that tastes like, uh, grass. Some higher authority isn’t allowing this place to function better for whatever reason. It’s indicative in the store replies to reviews, where it seems like the store responses are rather helpless to feedback beyond acknowledgment. Some sort of corporate entity involved on the more immediate level needs to allow this place to provide better food.

Found at least 10 small metal pieces in my taro. Edit: how has the franchise offered compensation? I don't mean to be problematic, I simply have not heard from the store as the "owner" comment suggested.
