For the owners, direct your message to Michaela and the other two employees at the bar on March, 8 at 3pm. 10 out of 10 for atmosphere. Very cold, plain and tough food and terrible service. Walk up to the bar to be sat, no greeting from the two employees staring at us. Be ready to wait and wait for your server and food. The service isn’t there unless you’re a regular, at the bar, or a complaining about the people tipping you with coworkers in front of the those people. Spatial awareness. Cold food, missing food, wrong food and again no service. It’s the principal. Thank you for the cutest venue in the area, my compliments to the architect.

Came here the other night, we had the spicy jalapeno burger and it was honest to goodness one of the best burgers i have had in years. It was cooked perfect, the meat was seasoned great, the jalapeno were halved and roasted, and the burgers had obviously been out to sit so they weren't soggy. It was DELICIOUS. However, the one downside was our service. Our waiter was really nice but completely disappeared after the food was delivered. It wasn't very busy and we were left alone for at least like 20 minutes after the food was dropped off. I don't know what happened but it really put a damper on the evening to sit around and have to hunt someone down just to close out.

Absolutely love this location - pop in if you get the chance. PROs: The staff is always on point. They never let you go more than about 2 mins from sitting down without having a beer in front of you. They work efficiently and are very courteous. Any and all of the IPAs are Top notch. The decor is excellent - lots of TVs with different content on. An adult atmosphere but I could easily see these being kid friendly as well. Our favorites for food are the wings, truffle fries, Ahi Salad, and jalapeño poppers. Bathrooms are always stocked and clean as well. CONs: If you come during game times or evenings, then get creative with parking.
We stopped in to have a light lunch and a beer. Ended up getting a half order of wings and an order of fries. Without a doubt one of the best decisions, we could have made. First the beer. I had a Modern Love and a Pitter Patter (Ok - so we ended up having 2 beers). Both were excellent. I am very much a hoppy person, but I am not a fan of the latest trend (or at least what I see) of a bunch of Hazy's. So, it was nice to have a couple of selections that fit my palate. My wife had the house made Sangria and very much enjoyed it. She thought the elderberry infuses liquor was excellent addition to the flavor. Now on to the star of the show - the Fries. If you have never had the fries here, you are seriously missing out. Absolutely the best fries I have ever had. You may say fries are fries, and YOU WOULD BE WRONG. Something about the IPA Brining that they did really brings out the flavor - perfectly seasoned. They were not too salty at all. Additionally, there was a light breading that really upped the crunch factor, and they kept that crunch even when they cooled off. The half order of wings was also excellent. We chose the Crack version, which was just a basic salt and pepper, but again incredibly tasty. And they were HUGE. So, with just the half order of wings and fries, we were completely satisfied with our portions for lunch. Lastly, we like taking our dogs with us everywhere, so it is nice that there was an outdoor patio option with plenty of room for them to stretch out (they are 2 greyhounds).

Im at odds with this place. I have dined and drank here several times. The food is good but the way they serve drinks is shiesty and cheap. This is the only establishment i have frequented that measures the beer short EVERY time. Seems like their servers are trained to short change the beer with foam. A buddy and i tested it several times and it consistently is filled to the line which doesnt even appear to be a pint. I have been to quite a few taprooms and breweries and have never experienced such a cheap cost saving measure (greed?) this one is now on my avoid list which is sad because the food is decent.

The Taproom is my go-to neighborhood bar; the atmosphere is fantastic, and the new food menu has been impressive. Brunch with bottomless mimosas is a highlight, and their wings are stellar. The addition of the smash burger after its success as the burger of the month is a welcome menu item. I appreciate their in-house brewed beers, and the availability of guest beers like La Fin Du Monde, my personal favorite. I'll be disappointed when the keg runs out. Cheers to a great spot where I have made many friends and get to bring my dog who loves the doggy burger!
