Quick wait of 10 minute on a weekend off hour lunch. Easy to order in app. Service was friendly. I enjoyed the included drinks.

Food has been inconsistent the past few times we have gone. When we finished our dinner we saw a cockroach climbing up the wall.

I got a flaming hot sichuan hot pot but it wasn't spicy at all. Also the meat sizes were so tiny for some reason.

I can tell you hot pots from this restaurant are by far the best I have had. 5-stars for the food. It had lots of ingredients in each of the listed menu hot pot version. I am glad to have found this place while having a small family trip to San Diego Thanksgiving weekend.

We did run into an issue. We didn’t know how to order. We weren’t informed of the process. Apparently, we had to scan the QR code and order through the phone.

They weren’t rude, but also not kind nor accommodating to provide assistance. The young lady of whom I’m talking about is in one of the attached photo. Poor customer service. 1-star for Service.

That said, I would not simply avoid Tasty pot at all costs. I would go again. They have several locations and maybe would have better luck there. Or be better at ordering since I now know the ordering process.

Overall is 2-stars.

The stinky tofu pot at $18.50 came with only two pieces of tofu, but a pile of cabbage with tough stems. We also ordered the #1 beef pot and the #9 Taiwanese mala (spicy) pot. To be honest, the broth for all three pots tasted the same. Service was okay. However, if you are Taiwanese like me and looking for a taste like home, you should probably avoid this place. Try it if you don’t mind wasting money.

The service and food was great. Food came out quick and portions are huge. 1 order was enough to share for 2 people. They even will refill the broth if needed. This place is highly recommended.

It's a great place to get hot pot in San Diego County. Unfortunately, they do not serve alcohol.

Tasty Pot serves one of a kind Taiwanese individual hot pot in town. Individual pot is very popular in Taiwan, I am glad we have it landed here and especially grateful that they serve a high quality vegetarian pot so I can have a good option in dining out with families.

Vegetarian options: Rich contents served within vegetarian pot, with original water base soup free of oil.
