One of the best and definitely most authentic milk tea. I come here all the time, it’s sooo good and you can definitely taste the flavor of the tea. They also got some good selection of snacks, food and other drinks. Last time I was here they were having construction as they were expanding.
Spiced chicken meal set is good.
(Including special tea)
It takes a very long time to prepare an order, even when it's not busy.
The owners have been changed. I've been coming here for 2 years and now their times are different, no seating allowed after 11:30.. and the quality has gone down. Im disappointed because this used to be my late night comfort food spot and now its come to this.
Bei yuan has very good quality teas . Unlike most boba places it does not have a billion different flavors but specializes in quality black, green , oolong and chrysanthemum tea drinks. The food is tasty as well one of my favorite spicy pork tonkutsu with lots of toppings. The ramen eggs are also very well marinated. And for those that like their boba on the tart side the fresh lemon green tea is amazing.
It seems like they changed owners — the store name is different from before. I’m a bit disappointed this time; the tea tastes more astringent, and there are fewer items on the menu. I came all the way to San Diego just to get drinks from this shop, but maybe the change in ownership also changed the flavor and quality.
Nice people, nice boba, nice atmosphere, no filter on their water :(
Refresh your day go visit.
We ordered a lot of dishes and liked all of them.
很好吃!
Good boba but refused to provide allergen information when I requested it.

I visited the place while holding my dog. Although at least three workers saw the dog and I sat there for a long time after placing my order, someone approached me and said pets are not allowed. There are no signs indicating that pets or service dogs are not permitted. Do not go to this place; it is not pet-friendly, and there are no signs indicating this.
Such portion of fried rice should not cost $16.
they open in christmas day. food was so-so, taste like pre-heat food. boba tea was nice, can try
There is no way this 1.5 cup of rice cost me $18,there’s just no way..
Sorry but no rating on food due to lack of ordering any dishes at this place. Only visit for iced, frappe and hot teas, coffee and boba drinks.
