I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and authentic the bun thit nuong was! For $11 it’s a great deal.

The lychee black tea was solid as well. Great spot to pop in for lunch, I’ll be back!

Parking: Big lot, free parking.

Disappointed with the quality of the tapioca pearls; they were bland, and not cooked correctly so their texture was off.

I asked for a hot tea. They gave me a luke warm tea. I returned it and said it is not even warm. And at that time they added hot water on top. I was like this shouldnt be called brewing tea. And i told the guy that i dont want this tea. Only then he wanted me to do a new one. And then he put previously brewed tea in a cup ( from a thermos) and added on hot Water. I feel like this is an insult for a tea lover. I would never recommend this place. I came here for the first time after looking at the reviews. Now i believe there is a scheme about these reviews and stars.

I'm disappointed. It was expensive (2 drinks and an order of egg rolls over $22 ) and the boba tasted like burnt plastic. Egg rolls are better at Panda express. I feel bad writing this review but I felt worse wasting so much money and not even finishing it.

Really wanted to like this place especially with it being a small business. Unfortunately it’s just not good. The nem rolls everyone raves about are freshly made but mid tasting, and expensive at $9. Worse was the matcha avocado latte. It’s weak, dull green food-grade matcha over milk with chunky mashed avocado at the bottom. Much better would be a Vietnamese avocado smoothie with
matcha added.

Drinks are fine, service is fine, but get a better lock for your bathroom.

The food wasn’t all that good and the boba wasn’t either but they gave good service but I got bit up by some bugs . They have a lot of bugs inside their place that loved my legs . Wouldn’t go back here because I’ve had better food and don’t agree with being bit up by bugs .

The taro milk tea tastes nothing like taro. It’s literally a white color I don’t what this is. The food was alright. Wouldn’t come again. The workers were nice though.

The owner is a sweet lady I’ve known who used to volunteer extensively with youth at church.

I’ve tried their drinks when a church friend catered Tealightful’s services for their wedding and it was delicious.

After hearing about their party tray offerings, I decided to give their chicken wings a try for a Vietnamese family party.

I contacted Tealightful through FB and they were very responsive and helpful. When I inquired April 2024, the wings tray was $50 for 45 pieces. Deposit was not required and they confirmed pickup date and time with me.

Pick up on the morning of my party was a breeze and the tray came out piping hot covered in foil.

Here’s the best part: all the Vietnamese parents/aunts and uncles are hard to please, but all of them and my cousins were raving about the wings and asking me where I catered them from. The wings stayed crispy for hours and flavor was delicious. Perfectly seasoned and not too salty.

Highly recommend the party wings and would definitely order again!

Class. Owner-operated. Everything I’ve ever had has been perfect. Again, class. I recommend the banh mi and the Vietnamese papaya salad. The chicken is also delicious!
