It’s been a long time since last time i visited. I was in the area so I decided to come by again. I ordered brown sugar assam milk tea and silky strawberry. They looked nothing like the pictured!!! The strawberry drink was refreshing. However the brown sugar drink was the worst that I’ve ever gotten. I’m saying this because I’m a boba addict and I’ve tried so many places. There’s no brown sugar taste and it’s very bitter. I had to throw my drinks away. What a waste!
Terrible Vietnamese coffee. Tastes like a bottom of a burned coffee pot-so bitter.
Loved the boba tea and the Vietnamese coffee hot or cold.
cute spot, drinks are good and consistent. staff has always been so kind.
Best matcha and boba ever! Rarely do I ever come across a place that has good quality matcha and this place checked all the boxes. I highly recommended this place! I hope they open more locations in the future (closer to SDSU please🙏)
Great Boba place. Staff is friendly. Free WiFi, lots of ppl hanging out. Choose a seasonal drink which had a cup you can keep $8 : with tip/tax a bit over $9
Get place to get a special treat!
Drinks are ok but the selection is limited. Super friendly staff. Also the claw machines are unwinnable lol.
Why do we need to pay 0.75$ for boba? Shouldn’t it be included in the price? The match royal had barely any match taste to it. For 7$ it needs to taste better.
Very kind cashier and was very helpful with answering my questions! I have only tried one drink so far— the assam—but it was very yummy. It is not as sweet as other boba places but I don’t mind it that much! The boba is delicious itself which is nice. Definitely have to try more drinks here!

Teaspoon is my go-to boba place whenever it's accessible and I wish that there were more branches here in San Diego. My fave are Liquid Gold and Grasshopper. Liquid Gold is your traditional milk tea while Grasshopper is fruit and refreshing. The service was fine and their staff were friendly. Glad that this place has indoor and outdoor seating since most of the Teaspoon places i've been to are grab-and-go.

The boba milk tea tasted so bad and artificial.

My favorite boba place north of the 56 in SD county. Every item on the menu is rock solid and have yet to gotten any item that I disliked. My go to is the taro lover.
Staff is friendly and atmosphere is nice and homey with lots of families here or at nearby restaurants.

Came here after the dessert shop next door showed little interest in the customer.
The cashier, Dhruv, explained all the drinks, offered substitutions, and waited patiently for my kids to choose their drinks.

Everybody is amazing, clean bathrooms and games for the kiddos. The drinks are amazing but a little pricey compared to Boba Time etc… We still come here 1-2 times a week though.
Kid-friendliness: Have games for the kids on a shelf
