I had a salad with chicken. I should have asked for extra protein. My companion had the steak plate. My friend's food looked better than mine. When I order, the server asked if I wanted the bread. Which I declined. The salad was made up of large pieces of salad greens. Very large. I don't like needing to cut my salad with a knife in order to fit the greens in my mouth. I do enjoy the steak plate. This was the first time I ordered the salad. I won't order it again. When I got home, I needed to eat a second lunch.

The food is always fresh and tasty, I really like this restaurant. However, I’ve noticed that the portions have been getting smaller. The last two times I ordered the California Bowl, I didn’t feel as satisfied as before — it felt like there wasn’t enough food. Also, the amount of protein was reduced by around 50%.

I can’t remember a more completely disappointing experience than the one we had today. The sea bass was mushy, Caesar lettuce bland, and something they called seasoned potatoes were nothing but greasy french fries. We could not even get someone to clear the plates while we tried to spend some time visiting with our guests. I’d rate no stars if possible.
