Customer service was fine but they changed the menu getting rid of the meals and you need to pay extra for everything now. Zero pesto on the chicken and the steak salad was pathetic to say the least.

As many have mentioned, the food at Tender Greens is usually awesome, but the customer service needs some big improvements. I hadn't been there in a while. I had forgotten how yummy the seared tuna is, so after eating there for dinner on Friday night I returned on Saturday for the same meal. I was appalled by the attitude of the cashier who took my order. They were out of fennel, so I asked what they would use as a substitute on the arugula and fennel salad. He looked at me like I was speaking a different language and replied "arugula". He had an attitude like I was wasting his time. I don't really like paying Tender Greens prices for a salad that is just arugula. I could go to Trader Joe's and buy a package of arugula, if that is the salad you are selling. While I waited over 20 minutes to get my order prepared, they were busy with delivery orders. They might want to consider fast tracking orders placed inside the restaurant, since those patrons are standing there waiting. Please do better next time Tender Greens.

The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and our cashier had a great demeanor, really friendly guy. Food was SO fresh, my steak was cooked exactly how I like. Drinks are very fresh too. Worth the price for such a great quality plate.

I love their agua frescas and the chocolate chip cookie is my go to dessert Whenever I'm craving a sandwich I'll get the tomato mozzarella sandwich A shoutout to America for personally checking my order for accuracy We didn't have to wait long for our order and the store had plenty of open seating while we waited, this is probably my favorite of their locations

I love Tender Greens! The portions are perfect, not too much & not too little. The chicken is always flavorful & the mashed potatoes is the perfect texture & taste. The service is good. The gentlemen that was cleaning the tables was friendly & helpful. We asked him if he could put down one of the curtains since the sun was shining right on our faces. The place itself is calm & quiet. Also the mint lemonade is soooo good & it's free refills.

The food was fairly good - I had the Pacific Bowl with katsu chicken. The salad and cucumbers were really good. The chicken was a bit hard but with the sauce it was good. The food did take a while to finish being prepped and served. They have a lot of options on their menu which I liked and overall it was pretty good - would recommend!
A very pleasant place to spend the afternoon, the food is very delicious and the service is excellent, I will definitely return as many times as I can go to that

We usually come to this location multiple times during the year. The last time we went, it seemed like things had changed drastically. The food was always overpriced, given how stingy they are with portions, but the flavor was decent. But now the quality has gone down. Mashed potatoes seem to be made from the box and have a weird texture, and they served room-temperature chicken, which should have been hot. They need to step it up, considering how disappointing our last visit was.
