The food was just ok. The mashed potatoes were bland and cold ish. Wouldn't crave or recommend.

Asking for something feels like we owe them something they're there to serve and be patient and courteous if you asked for some pepper or some extra napkins, you get to look like oh my goodness you want that too feeling

Very nice overall. Steal was tasty but I didn't care for the weird sweet bacon “chutney” on top, not great.

This place is a hidden gym. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Great location. Ambience was very nice. Not a lot of people. I'm glad I went.

Lovely ambiance with great service and fantastic food. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and my date loved the authentic spaghetti and meatballs. Will return.

Upon arrival... we were ignored for 10 minutes until the bartender came over and asked if we've been helped... there was NO ONE at reception. This place is more of a Hotel Cafe than a nice restaurant.. no white table clothes tables.. it's an overrated cafe at best..

Server had us waiting for over 30 minutes to refill water, then only asked how was everything when he bought main course, didn't come back until after we had to get another Server to assist us. Too much fat on short ribs.

Th whole experience was fantastic. Waitress Karla was excellent, food was outstanding, and ambiance was terrific. Had the best of time. Will be going back. Tuscany Braised Beef was to die for. Melted in my mouth. Salad and dessert great.

Food was amazing as well as the service, very friendly and attentive. The bartender was also great and strives to become better every day, as well as our serving. Overall, a nice spot for a quiet date night.

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was our 25th anniversary and want to go somewhere. We haven't been. This place was a hidden jewel. The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable very friendly. It was quite unable to talk without shouting. We will definitely go back.

Found this place on Yelp. It was conveniently located next to our hotel. The reviews were great, so we were excited about our reservation. We arrived early and decided to have a drink at the bar until our reservation time. We were greeted by Jerry when we first walked in and were fortunate enough to have him also help us out at the bar and serve our drinks and chat with us about the place and his experience in the hotel industry. We had such a great conversation, we ended up having dinner at the bar. The food was phenomenal. We both had the 3-course meal. I had the filet with veggies and mashed potatoes. Absolutely amazing. My date had the salmon with risotto and veggies. Both dishes were phenomenal. The food, service, and drinks were all top-notch. This was such a great find. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of Mission Valley, there is a protected pocket at Theresa's - literally protected with a building that acts as a sound wall from the highway. For weary travelers who are looking for a step up to decompress in a pleasant atmosphere, this is it. Close to Sea World and Snapdragon. Turn tired faces to happy ones.
