Onsite, the Terra team showed true professionalism and rolled with last minute changes. The food was absolutely spectacular! Cheese and charcuterie boards always looked full and abundant, even at the end of the event. Passed appetizers were at the proper temperature and never looked like they had been sitting out. I knew that if I needed anything, the team would do everything they could to make it right for our guests. It was a great experience and I would love the opportunity to work with Terra again!

We set up catering for my father's celebration of life. From our initial consultation to creating the menu, updating the guest numbers and the actual event we were kept informed and communication was excellent. The day of the event the crew arrived early and set up a beautiful display and food station. They served the food and bussed tables keeping the area spotless. They cleaned up and packaged up the remaining food for us to enjoy later. We could not have asked for a better event to honor my Dad and Terra made it all possible. The food was amazing, everyone raved about it. The meat was very tender & the tray passed appetizers were a huge hit! 10/10 recommend the bacon wrapped dates! My wife and I were in the area and needed to find a place to eat. Took a flyer for no particular reason and tried Terra. What a stroke of luck! While the menu is limited, the food was fabulous. Wagu Beef, fresh additions and sides. We really enjoyed our meal. The decor and seating are simple, capable of small intimate party or large group. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE the food was great but the service was better! Eddie was excellent. Helped us with our choices as first time guests, very personable and attentive without being overbearing. Concluded the evening with a recommendation to try Terra's Banana Bread Pudding. GREAT SUGGESTION! we'd drop in just to have that as a treat. moist, flavorful, deliciously rich (we shared a serving and took a bit home). If you visit Terra and don't have it for dessert you've missed a gastronomic gift for the ages. Sorry we didn't think to rake photos. When we return we will. A couple of miles from SDSU - make the trip!

We first hired them in 2019, and through two years of a pandemic, three event reschedulings, and an event coordinator change, they remained communicative and responsive. Chef Jeff was very helpful, sharing his knowledge of what would and would not be advisable for an event of our size in the venue that we had. We haven't received the pictures back from the photographer yet, and I don't know if anyone stopped eating long enough to take pictures of the food, as all the guests were commenting on how good it was; but we do have a picture of the salad course. The staff were all friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely be happy to work with Terra Catering again if we ever host another large event.
