We are regulars who dine here weekly. Great food and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We come here frequently because the food is CONSISTENTLY delicious and the quality and care is obvious. Try it and you'll become a regular too!

Wheelchair accessibility: Many Handicap parhking spots in the lot. The one next to the restaurant has a ramp

Amazing food - the atmosphere is inside a thai resteraunt inside of a resteraunt - so it is a nestled house.

The 8 spice was pretty spicy, but not over doing it. Really nice with a cold.

This place is my new favorite Thai restaurant! Their pad Thai is SO GOOD. Even when I ask for it to be spicy, the sweetness still is able to come through. It's the perfect combination of sweet and savory. It's also very affordable for the portions you're getting.

We had a nice lunch with a group of 8 people. We were able to reserve in advance. The service was fast and the food was good. They had several options for lunch specials.

Genuinely my favorite place for Thai food. I come here often and bring friends and family every chance I get.

The portions are great, flavor is amazing, and service is friendly.

Current favorite is their seasonal pumpkin curry, but they have very good options if you want something more authentic. I also love the effort they put in to present their fresh spring rolls! So cute.

10/10 every time!

I moved by Lake Hodges 1 year ago, it's pretty desolate as far as quality restaurants. I moved from Carlsbad, where your dining choices are endless. I was craving good thai food and decided on this place. The service was great, I ordered panang chicken curry, spice level 9. It was good, veggies were fresh amount of chicken was good. It just wasn't wow. I'll stick with BKK Thai in Carlsbad, which is absolutely delicious.

T2Y has over time become one of our top reliable Thai restaurants for correct flavors on many Thai dishes; like when we desperately need quatiow ba-mei (Thai soup, egg noodles or boat beef noodles) of particular varieties. What’s generally great about T2Y is that the cook does not sweeten the food, like many other places, but can make it at any level of spicy one may want. The restaurant operates with only a few staff which can sometimes mean long waits of your dinning in, but other than that, you really come here for the flavors.

I found a bug in my meal.

I usually order from this restaurant as it is the closest to me, I ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and the Kee Mao with shrimp over the phone to go. The Pad Thai was alright, but the noodles of the Kee Mao were overly soft and when I went for a shrimp I found a dead bug had been cooked into the dish. This has caused me to question how sanitary this restaurant is and this will be my last time ordering.

They don't adhere to their own posted hours of operation. While the food is decent we were quite disappointed to arrive at 8pm when they close at 8:30 to be turned away to eat at the restaurant. We were told they close the kitchen at 8:10 and we could only order to go. While we have been there before the food is not good enough to have someone turn you away a half hour before the posted close time. Because we were turned away we went to another Thai restaurant down the street and found not only a much better experience but better food. This lack of discretion has not only lost them a customer but we will make sure to let all our friends in the neighborhood know there are better choices with restaurants that value their customers in the same proximity instead of a restaurant that turns customers away a half hour before their posted close time. Bad business.

Got here early and by 5:30 every table was full. Excellent food and service. Portions are adequate; menu has many tempting choices. Current special offers free edamame or shrimp tempura with 2 beers (or 1 large beer.) High rating by other reviewers is spot on. Definitely worth a visit.

Parking: Busy mall area, parking can get tight.
