The ube brown sugar milk tea is one of the best boba drinks I've ever had!!! Highly recommend it.

Just walked into this place they did not acknowledge that I was there for 5 minutes, the only one at the counter, then said hold on for a minute, went in the back to do some dishes, never came back. Avoid this place at all costs as they only serve certain types of clientele.
