My wife and I just moved into the area and we were intrigued to check this place out. The staff was super friendly, helpful and patient. The atmosphere was lively and hip. Lastly, but definitely not least, the dessert was incredible. We got a cookie sandwich with one snickerdoodle and one gooey butter cake sandwiching a healthy scoop of blackberry crumble ice cream. The portion was big enough to split. The cookies were freshly baked and incredibly delicious. You can tell they are made fresh, and the ice cream was heavenly! It was just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. We will definitely be coming back and telling all of our friends!

Unfortunately, I found the ice creme and cookies to be too sweet. I recommend sharing the ice creme sandwich cookie. The ice cream sandwich cookie is a bit expensive as well. It is $8 for 1 cookie, although it is quite large.

First off, this is was single-handedly the greatest ice cream sandwich experience I’ve ever had!! Incredible gooey cookies with rich delicious ice cream. I wish I could remember the gentleman behind the counters name because he was awesome. I wanted everything and couldn’t decide so he recommended the butter cookie and blackberry ice cream rolled in fruity pebbles and it was the greatest thing I’ve ever had. I’m heading there as soon as I finish this review.

The ice cream flavors here are AMAZING!! The cookies are also very delicious, my favorite is the Yellow Gooey Butter Cake Cookie. The service is also fast and everyone that works there are very kind.

Wanting to forego cake at our wedding, we opted to work with The Baked Bear to serve ice cream cookie sandwiches instead, as The Baked Bear is husband's favorite! We are so glad we did! Our guests raved about the cookies and ice cream (with one guest reporting he ate FOUR whole sandwiches-- that's how good they are). Outside of our wedding, we love visiting The Baked Bear for special treats and when guests visit town. So good!! I got the gooey butter cake cookies with the blackberry crumble ice cream and it was an amazing combo. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Cookies were over baked, and the ice cream was cheap and just OK. The kids liked it because it's packed with sugar. But there is no way their ice cream is made from scratch. It tastes like every other fast food soft serve I've ever had. If you're in the mood McDonalds ice cream in between some Subway cookies, then this is the place for you. The employees were fine, and the store was packed and extremely loud. If it wasn't so expensive, we would probably come back. But you can buy a box of grocery store cookies and a tub of ice cream for the price of one of their sandwiches.

I'm a first-time customer at the Baked Bear and had a pregnancy craving for something sweet. they had a variety of different flavors of cookies and ice cream. you can mix and match. And get creative!! I want to give a special shout out to the kind customer service oriented gentleman that was there who attended us, his name was ETHAN!! ETHAN THANK YOU!! YOUR TRUE KINDNESS GENEROSITY AND GENUINENESS DEFINITELY SHINED THROUGH and made the environment of the establishment that much more amazing AND I LOVED THE CAKE BATTER BLUE ICE CREAM. I'm very picky Ethan gave me a sample of this ice cream before I asked for the full size , and I requested that he served me the ice cream with as Little Brownie pieces in it as possible he was truly a ⭐ STAR!! THANK YOU ETHAN AND THE BAKED BEAR ? WE WILL BE RETURNING ❤️

Asked for gluten free and vegan options, staff was not helpful. They just stated they were out of gluten free/vegan cookies without offering other options. Got a scoop of mint chip it tasted like the main ingredient is butter or fake vanilla. Will not be returning, literally the worst ice cream I've had in my life.

When we were considering what dessert options we wanted for our wedding, my wife and I realized that neither of us were really into cake, so I suggested ice cream and she suggested cookies. Our wedding planner floated the idea of ice cream sandwiches and after a little sleuthing we came to baked bear. They were really easy to work with, especially when placing such a large order, and even went so far as to let us come in a little early to make sure we had everything prepared in good time. We got a ton of compliments from the guests about the quality of the ice cream sandwiches, and the one my wife and I split was amazing, and these things are huuuuge. If you're big on cookies or ice cream I would at least give this place a try.
Dietary restrictions: We had people we knew were Gluten free and Vegan and Baked Bear was able to accommodate all our guests!
