This was our first time at a place like this and Lao, our waitress, was very patient and detailed. We were a big group and she answered all of our questions and provided the best service. The food was really good and the atmosphere was great. 10/10

I had an amazing experience at The Boiling Crab thanks to Trent! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a big smile and such great energy. He was super attentive the entire time,constantly checking in without being overbearing, making sure our drinks were always full, and helping us choose the perfect mix of sauces and spice levels. The food was absolutely delicious, everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The shrimp and crawfish were spot on, and the flavor of the whole sha-bang sauce was unreal. You could tell Trent really knew the menu because every recommendation he made was a hit. By the end of the meal, I was completely satisfied (and maybe just a little too full). It’s rare to get service that feels so genuine and friendly; Trent definitely made the experience memorable. I’ll 100% be coming back and asking for him again next time!

Always a great experience every visit! Incredible delicious food. Our favorite is 1 lb shrimp whole sha bang medium w/corn (potatoes are good as well). Fried scallops and fried crab, oysters and side of white rice is a must have for that left over sauce in the bag. Yummy. Never enough stars for this place!!!

The food is amazing so good buttery delicious!!! Are list 1 pound king crab 1 pound snow crab, sausage potatoes, corn gumbo, shrimp with the whole shebang. And to top it off the staff amazing so friendly outgoing, the atmosphere outside first time definitely will be back.

I doubt the experience is very authentic to southern eating, but it's definitely unique for here and it's very good food. The crab is expensive, but shrimp, crawfish, and mussels are on the more affordable side. The waiters and waitresses are also friendly and pretty attentive.

I ordered the crab legs and for the price 😔 not worth it at all ,it was not a boil for one meaning it only came with crab if you want anything else it was extra, corn , sausage,ect it's going to cost.... They even charged you for dipping sauce. Now let's get to the flavor mild was hot 🥵 I hate to see what hot was like the crab legs every place I ever gone was sweet and succulent legs here are salty and weird taste,the shrimp came out one way head on no other option now if you have fried shrimp with no head why don't you have shrimp with no head as a option having shrimp with head on mean that the shrimp is not cleaned I'll pass on that buddy. The good news is that the fried shrimp was delicious. The utensils they give you the crack of crab are old and broken and no option to either purchase utensils and or hand out newer utensils that aren't broken The greeting staff was excellent that would have been wonderful if it carried over to the serving staff All around was not the best experience I do not see myself making another appearance here and I've passed this place for years and me going in I know now why I never went inside.
