Morning to Remember at Breakfast Republic (Mira Mesa)
We just had the most fantastic breakfast at Breakfast Republic in Mira Mesa! The food was delicious, but the true standout of our visit was our server, Monserrat. She radiates the kind of positive energy that sets the tone for your whole day. Friendly, attentive, and full of joy, she made us feel like welcomed guests rather than just customers. If we’re ever back in the area, there’s no question, we’ll be returning to this location, and we’ll be asking for Monserrat by name. Thank you for such a delightful experience!
Love Breakfast Republic. I just moved out from West Hollywood with my husband and I used to go to the one there frequently.
It was pretty busy here but not too bad of a wait just stopped by Trader Joe's while waiting.
My husband is vegan and there are a lot of really good options here for vegans, the coffee options are great too. I got the chicken fennel sausage omelette and my husband got the harvest omelette and it was perfect food for the big hike we took after this.

Rude, the owners need to teach their employees how to treat customers politely and respectfully, zero welcoming , dirty tables that’s convince me n my family to leave even before we looking to the menu 😠

Before heading out to catch our plane back home, we decided on breakfast at Breakfast Republic in the Scripps Ranch (Mira Mesa) area of San Diego. They actually have quite a few other locations in California. We decided on Breakfast Republic because they had quite a few vegan options, which we always appreciate ... and they all sounded rather interesting. Honestly, I don't think there could possibly have been a bad choice, so it was a matter of making the best choice .. for us. Sandi opted for the Tres Leches Pancakes because well, she's a pancakes kinda gal :). I was torn between their Vegan Breakfast Burrito with beef strips, plant based eggs, fakon, vegan cheddar, cashew cream and more .... or the Veggie Pesto Frittata, an open face omelet with various veggies and greens, plant based eggs, sweet'n'sour tomato jam and more ... and ultimately opted for the former. In addition, Sandi pointed out they had vegan Bloody Mary options available 🤗 woot woot, that's my favorite adult beverage! I opted for the tequila version instead of the vodka version, if only because every version I've had previously was with vodka so I preferred to try something different. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the vegan sweet buttercream really helping to elevate the dish! The Vegan Burrito was a monster!! Thank goodness Sandi was able to help me with this because there's zero chance I was finishing this on my own and I preferred not to carry food with me into the airport if I could help it. The burrito itself is huge, cut into two separate aequal halves, on top of which you also have the black beans, mexican rice and, salsa - wow, just wow!! Their Bloody Mary was no less impressive, delicious with just the right amount of kick, a huge piece of celery, a gherkin pickle, and olives. If you're lucky enough to be visiting California and have a Breakfast Republic near you, they're definitely worth the visit. Be sure to bring a full appetite and a friend to help as well :)

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. A friend who lives near the Camel Valley where this restaurant was originally located came here to eat.

First time stopping in! For a Thursday morning, it was still pretty busy!! But we were sat quickly....I understand Sundays it's jam packed, and parking is difficult.
Our server, Ashley, was friendly..attentive...and bubbly! 😊
Food came fairly fast, and portions were hearty! The food was pretty good, and plated beautifully. The coffee cup gave me a good laugh!😆

Take out order problem!
Love their food but hate ordering cause this is the second time they forgot something in our order. Don’t want to waste gas going back to pick up the forgotten item.
Maybe have someone double check the order before bagging them
