Before heading out to catch our plane back home, we decided on breakfast at Breakfast Republic in the Scripps Ranch (Mira Mesa) area of San Diego. They actually have quite a few other locations in California.
We decided on Breakfast Republic because they had quite a few vegan options, which we always appreciate ... and they all sounded rather interesting. Honestly, I don't think there could possibly have been a bad choice, so it was a matter of making the best choice...
A great breakfast place. It was surprising me that they served Jambalaya. The dish looked delicious, but the taste was a little bland. Tomato sauce’s taste could be thicker.

This Restaurant is just great, homemade delicious food, excellent service by our waitress Jazmin was above and beyond, great mimosas, I’ll be back anytime I’ll be in the area.
