Amazing burgers, I will be back!
Very underrated restaurant. The food here is next level, we come here all the time!
Found something close by and quick to eat for dinner, went here and got some food to go. Hubby enjoyed his burger and I got some wings. Everything was good, we would come here again if in the area. The atmosphere was nice and the service was quick and friendly!
Food was delicious and the service was great.
Simple place with great food and beer options. Iâve been here three times and it definitely hits the spot when crazing a burger whether you want a traditional patty or smash burger.
Super good!! Amazing service, great food. Go!
Much better than the last time. It gets better and better.
The bacon smashed burger is one of the best you can find in San Diego. It is all the good things a burger has to be: filling, tasty, juicy, cooked to perfection, and very fairly priced.
This is one of those awesome places where takeout is as good as eating at the restaurant. Bonus points: itâs also very kid friendly!
I went to The Butcher N Cheese for my first time today, met up with an old friend. I ordered âThe Cluckified Chickenâ sandwich (a fried chicken sandwich) with a side salad.
The chicken was good! The sandwich was pretty juicy and well-balanced, though not the greatest Iâve ever had. The side salad was decent, though kind of small, and the dressing was like a cucumber chutney or yogurt sauce more than a dressing.
My friend had a bison burger and fries, a couple beers, and also ordered the fig jam & goat cheese starter. His burger looked juicy and cooked to a good medium-well. The fig jam & goat cheese starter was kind of weirdâit was overly sweet and he walnuts in it, which made it a bit odd. The fries were pretty good though.
Overall, itâs a pretty good spot. Not over-the-top incredible, but pretty good. Iâll have to come back and try something else out.

Came here for dinner not really knowing the area. Saw that this was a small place in a shopping center so I wasnât sure what to expect but this was a pleasant surprise. By far one of the best burgers in SD! Great flavor from the meat, bun was light and not overly bready, the sauce was a great addition and of course having real cheddar helped too. Overall just a fantastic burger. Will definitely be coming back here!
I believe the owner was the one to serve us and he was super nice, warm and very welcoming.
