Decent place to get a burger and a beer. Burger was ok, you can get better quality for cheaper price elsewhere in San Diego. Fries were good with lots of Parmesan cheese and garlic. Would love to have a great house sauce to accompany them, not just generic ketchup. Liked their draft beer selection. Customer service was phenomenal, the lady at the front moved the heater to my table when the original heater ran out of propane. Then the food came out and smacked. Would recommend to anyone.

I only got the garlic fries to go with other things I had at home as they dont have a halal option. They were seriously the best French fries we've ever had. Quality ingredients and Next level amazing flavor. Huge portions enough for 3 people. Staff was very friendly.
I’ve come here twice so far. The first time I kept it simple and ordered the regular cheeseburger and fries—it was delicious! Burger was juicy and fries were crisp. Unfortunately, by the time I saw they have a bacon onion jam smash burger, I was half way done with my burger (the bacon onion jam smash burger is advertised on their wall but not on the menu FYI).I had to return a second time to try this burger. It did not disappoint! Onion jam is slightly sweet and beautifully complimented by the saltiness of the bacon. Burger is well seasoned and the arugula is a nice alternative to lettuce.my girlfriend ordered the regular cheeseburger and fries. Two burgers and two beers the total came out to around $42.The owner was super accommodating and friendly. It was a busy night and there was only a few tables inside all occupied. Even though we had to sit outside and it was a little chilly, the owner turned on the heater and made sure we were warm. Definitely returning!

My wife and I were in the mood for some burgers and we didn't want smashburgers this time. I have seen the butcher and cheese as I drove by a few times so we decided to come here after looking at their reviews. People seem to really like them and they weren't too far from us so I thought we'd give it a try. It was a Thursday night so it wasn't too full and we were set immediately. I ordered the Baja California burger and my wife got the bourbon Burger. The patties were nice and pumped and cooked perfectly to a medium that's how we like it. The avocado and lettuce on my burger or fresh so it just made the burger delicious. My wife said that her spicy burn Mayo sauce on her Burger was just perfect. She even ordered extra to dip her fries in. From the likes of these two burgers will be coming back. Plus you get extra customer service from the wait staff here. They are so nice.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing. The burgers are the bomb. Our fave is the Bourbon burger and their basic fries are delicious. My new go-to dinner option in the steak with veggies and mash potatoes but sometimes I ask for fries instead. Great staff and great service.
