The staff is the only compensation for this, such lovely people! PLNU is a wonderful school, but the caf is a struggle for anyone with a meal planNote: Breakfast is the only salvation.

Was hospitalized from food poisoning after eating here. Would give zero stars if I could

I have been going to the caf for 3 years now and I can say that each year they have dedicated themselves to improving the food service and selection with guidance from student surveys. The caf has the overwhelming task of feeding the entire campus body ever day and they do this very well given how many people they have to feed and how much food must be prepared. Too many students want to judge the caf against a fancy restaurant because they do not understand the work and time it takes to feed a student body of 3,000+. The caf is good.

Beautiful view of the Pacific at PLNU.

The view from the field is magnificent, and the view of the field from the stands is great too. They had room for our whole team to sit together to watch the game, and they even gave us a tour beforehand. I was impressed with the professionalism as much as the beauty. Go Sea Lions!

Google says it is open 24 hours. It is not. It’s a cafeteria for locals only.

I was hesitant to come here at first, however, the manager Bobby helped me with my reservation. The service treated me like a VIP. The food was exceptional for an all you can eat buffet. Would recommend a visit for sure.

Beautiful place to relax and spend time with friends. The place is clean and inviting.

I have been a student for 4 years here and the food is absolutely horrendous. The staff is great and they have great customer service, but there is no excuse for the food being as terrible as it has been for this long. The issue is not with this place itself, but with Sodexo. I have had bugs in my food and undercooked meat. I even bit into a piece of chicken only to find a heart. I lose my appetite just thinking about some of the food that has been served here.
