Today we ordered samosa chaat at Cake Corner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The samosas were not cooked properly from the inside. While eating, we noticed a rubbery, dough-like texture. At first, we assumed it was cheese, but later realized it was uncooked dough.
When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they simply took the plate away without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. There was no accountability or concern shown for food quality or customer safety.
Serving undercooked food is unacceptable, especially in the U.S., where food safety standards are expected to be strict. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control and hygiene. Very disappointing.
