Staff - Very nice hostess, kind and attentive waiter. Environment - Noisy, table had crumbs all across the joint between table and wall, and the covering for the table was coming up , giving a rough feeling. Food - Overpriced for what you get. Got the steak frites (pictured), it was cooked correctly, but lacking in texture and seasoning. Fries were so smothered in oil they looked wet.

We went here around 3 o’clock. The food was really good. I recommend the lunch salmon. It’s always nice when they bring you some red to your table, which is really good too. Definitely a great place to go and eat and of course don’t forget their cheesecake.

Came in during a very crowded period. The chicken Madeira was quite good, but the jambalaya pasta was nearly inedible. The "fresh linguine" it was served on was overcooked, soggy, and broke easily, almost the texture of a noodle from a canned soup. It was actively displeasing to eat this dish. When we informed the waitress of this, she offered "more sauce" instead of a refund, discount, or replacement of the meal. The restaurant was otherwise perfectly lovely, the service was acceptable, and the Ghirardelli cherry cheesecake was excellent.

The outdoor patio is expansive and very nice. The service was friendly but very slow. Understandable though due to how busy it was. But be aware it won’t be a quick visit. The enchiladas were excellent as always and the rest of the food looked really good too. Everything was clean. The bathrooms are tiny and felt very old and the faucet was starting to break it seemed.
Our waitress was attentive, amiable, and top-notch! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively on a Saturday night. Compliments to the Chef for the delicious steak!

It’s like Starbucks—always busy, with a standardized taste across all branches, consistently meeting expectations. We ordered the house meatballs, carbonara pasta, and Caesar salad. Enjoyed the carbonara and salad, but the meatballs were a bit dry. A good spot for a date night.

Ive always loved the Cheesecake Factory! They have such a diverse menu that caters to all kinds of different styles of food. I don't think anyone can leave there unsatisfied! And then there's the deserts!!!! OMFG!!! A fat kids dream!! Cheesecakes of all flavors!! I highly recommend trying it out if u haven't already!!

Unfortunately, the food was awful. The cobb salad was just full of soggy lettuce the toppings on the salad taste old , you can tell it just wasn’t fresh. Waste of money service was ok
