I’ve been too many cheesecake factories all of the country and this locations “service,” as mentioned by other reviews, as being the worst part of this restaurant location. Order the chicken piccata lunch portion, which was decent for $19 and the strawberry cheesecake which was OK. You can tell the slices are much smaller. I patron cheesecake factory once a year for my birthday, other than that, based on the poor level of service and the increased cost, I would never come here for any other reason. The host, Didn’t care for her attitude. See you next year.

This Cheesecake factory was just as good, if not better in service, food and friendlyness than most I have visited.
The hostess seated us right away, and our server was super friendly, and got us drinks pretty fast, along with a basket of warm bread and butter. Our meals came out hot and tasty, and the server checked on us regularly.

Date night! My first time eating here. It was a great experience. The avocado egg rolls are FIRE and the peach perfect cheesecake was amazing. Our server was very nice as well. Great smile and attitude. I never thought the Cheesecake Factory could actually be fancy.

This order was through Doordash. Food was kept in a decent to-go container (saving it for food storage later). We ordered the Chicken Katsu Bowl, Sparkly Yuzu Lemonade, and a Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake.
For the price, we were surprised how good the chicken katsu bowl was; tasted great, well balance with the sides and good amount of sauce. The chicken was not overly fried or crunchy and the chicken was moist and tender. I usually get the chicken katsu from Hawaiian restaurants, but this is different in a good way. The lemonade hit the right spot too as did the cheesecake.

It's at the mall so what can you say. Crowded loud and $$$. Good though.

Service is really bad here worst part was it was my birthday. The bill was 85 for 3 people. I used to really like Cheesecake Factory:( but the food came out really bad the bread was stale and we only got 3 pieces my pizza tasted pure burnt and the salad was so bland I couldn’t even get myself to eat it. I feel like this was the biggest waste of 85.

Convenient and inside the mall, waiter was helpful but slow. Wasn’t that crowded but still very little space between tables. The skinnylicious menu is a good option for low calories with big enough portion. The cheesecake looks better than it tastes. The second time I was there the chicken was rotten and smelly, the person got actually sick after one bite. The kitchen must ensure ingredients are fresh and in good conditions.
