I like their hot drinks way more then SB. I also don't support SB due to their political issues.

They've messed up my order and didn't offer to correct it. People walking in are receiving orders sooner than mobile order app. Some offers in app won't work. Why even offer them?

I’m honestly disappointed that Coffee Bean has started charging for water. Charging customers just to get a water cup feels petty and out of touch. Many of us are loyal patrons who choose this business daily and respect what it stands for, but this decision lowers the brand’s reputation in such an unnecessary way. I used to be a huge fan and purchased from Coffee Bean every single day, but now this policy leaves me frustrated and disheartened. Instead of making me feel valued, it makes me feel taken advantage of.

This store is completely worthless the staff is worthless they lose your orders they don't get your order started for 20 minutes the worst location of all of them in San Diego

I don't have knowledge about coffee, but I know this coffee shop is good. Staffs are kind and work hard. I got energy from them.

Came here for the first time and it was just ok. The staff was friendly but they don’t have a condiment bar ( Splenda/sugar, napkins, etc. ). Also they close too early. Prob won’t be back.

This location is great! Always friendly staff present. Thomas is always polite regardless of how busy it is! I stay coming back here 😊😊

Been here several times on nights I have class after work. Just with now that many of us are RTO, wish they opened before 7. Lots of us start work at 7 so can’t grab a coffee here before work.

I’ve been visiting this location multiple times but today was very different. I came by to get a bag of coffee and a drink. The barista/cashier Thomas was very friendly and helpful. He took extra efforts to make sure I got what I needed and helped me figure out what else I wanted. Thank you Thomas for going extra miles to make your customer feel welcomed. Your friendliness made a difference.

Might be my new favorite coffee and tea shop.

They screwed up my order and it had health consequences. I had to return. They seemed to barely care. Didn’t even comp full value of the drink.

I feel as though the high demand of the drive-thru is too much for staff to keep up and maintain the same quality. I ordered a winter dream tea latté and it just tasted like milk with a slight hint of winter dream tea. Sent it back and the same bland taste. I might as well have just asked for steamed milk.
