UPDATE... Damn you hot cocoa. I am a lover of Coffee Bean, see my review. Been having it for over 2 decades (Los Angeles, SF, and now here). But I must say... something is up with their hot cocoa. Every time I get it I always feel super bloated or get an upset stomach. I always just shrug it off and still order this. Not sure what I was thinking. Well, about tonight... it wasn't an upset stomach, it was more like an atomic bomb about ready to explode at any given moment. Was at a charity event that required my presence and had to leave because of a very discomforting bubble gut. I've narrowed it down to this triggering it because I got some hot cocoa on the way there and was sipping it at the event too. Didn't have any food prior. Love love love Coffee Bean but will stick to my teas and such. Stay away from their hot cocoa, something ain't right.

I come here occasionally but never again. When I parked outside I noticed people walking out with their drinks that had about 3/4 OF THE CUP WAS ICE! When I ordered I asked for LIGHT ICE. I was watching them make drinks and noticed one of them had 3/4 of ice. I thought "glad I got mine with light ice." The girl calls out my name and puts that same drink out. I immediately hand it back and tell her that my order is incorrect because I asked for light ice. She has the balls to look me DEAD IN THE EYE and tell me she did put "light ice" - it was busy and she obviously didn't want to just check the instructions at the first time. The $5 drink I already got ripped off on they wanted to rip me off even more by giving me a shit ton one ice. This place has some balls to do this. So she asks if I want her to remake my drink and I said yes (duh wtf this isn't what I ordered?!) So she remakes my drink, still a shit Ton of ice but less (wtf!), and she forgets that I ordered extra syrup and gives me the drink in a size small when I ordered a medium. This freaking b****. Never again.
This is a regular stop For me. Love the matcha latte with oat milk and the coffee cake. Always friendly and good service which is probably why there's always a line but worth the wait

A 2 star experience from start to finish.The line was incredibly slow with their POS systems freezing intermittently. The staff was defensive and didn’t know how to run my gift card. My sandwich needed reconstruction before eating. The muffin was stale and the beyond sausage was chewy.Coffee was OK. I much prefer the Carmel mountain location.
