Not sure if they are truthful about not having dark roasted coffee. Last time they claim it’ll take 10 mins which is a lie and now that it was out of stock. My gut feeling tells me they didn’t want to make it because she looked annoyed. Let’s say they were truly out, for being a coffee bean business they still deserve a 1 star for not having it in stock.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely terrible service. Ordering a large ice blended mocha with no whip sounds nowhere close to the word vanilla. And then to argue over what I ordered, multiple times!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO BETTER! Im outraged over the level of disrespect!

Hire people that can take orders.
The service is VERY SLOOOOOOW. The place is amazing but man o man. I was watching everybody work really hard, but there just wasn't enough people back there to make all the drinks.

Every time we go to Las Americas Outlet, our first stop is always The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We’ve never had a bad experience—until now. The drinks have always been great, so this time we ordered a few more than usual. As we walked off, I even said how consistently amazing everything has been.
But just a few stores down, I realized my $7 iced drink was already gone. It was packed with so much ice, I only got a few sips. I went back to speak with the barista, expecting some understanding. Instead, she just explained how they make the drinks and handed me a $1 coupon—no apology, no offer to fix it. Just, “Next time ask for less ice.”
If she had simply said, “Let me make it right,” I would’ve been happy—and tipped generously. Instead, I left feeling disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone now. I know my feedback may not matter to the company, but I hope someone sees this and considers retraining the staff on basic customer service.

Best coffee in town. Much better than your typical Starbucks and not crowded. A hidden gem indeed!

I came today, Friday at 6 pm, a guy helped me and called me a bitch when I paid him with a folded bill that the machine wouldn't take. He told me that he couldn't charge me with that bill, however when I tried one last time the machine took the bill. I told him that they should have pens to check for counterfeit bills and when I turned around he called me a bitch. I find it AMAZING how you can have these types of INCOMPETENT customer service people. Be careful with the people they put in charge of these companies!!!

I just discovered it and I loved it. Now I buy it almost every day. They always look just as good. Now it's my new favorite. I know I'm not going to be disappointed like the other one 😅and the guys are very friendly and help you with any questions. , I especially like that Leslie, a very kind and pleasant girl, takes care of me. I recommend you try the Iced brown sugar late, my favorite ❤️

I arrived very happy and placed my order which was repeated 2 times by the cashier and was successfully charged, I received my order and I was missing my 🥐 chocolate croissant and my glass of water 🥤 which were charged according to him when he repeated the order by second time, when I went to order my 🥐 and 🥤 of water they told me wait, wait and then the woman told me to go to the checkout and I went through the 🥐🥤 with the young man because I saw him putting the bread in and I said he's going to give me my order missing and he tells me it's $$ for it 🥐 I told him forget it it's fine I don't want it just the glass of water and he tells me it's $$ and I told him forget it I don't want anything!!! It's already annoying because how is he going to charge me again when he repeated the order 2 times and I don't charge for the things. Holy God, I was already very upset and because of his bad communication I won't come again. I better leave and continue going to STARBUCKS ☕️♥️♥️♥️ where always They give me my order without a problem and if there is an error they resolve it harmoniously and give me the water for FREE ♥️ they don't give me a bad time with their EsTŰpDŻ strategies to want to charge you again and make you wait in line again. I'm not coming back PLAZA LAS AMERICAS

Ordered strawberry matcha, it’s great and the service was great too, I waited in line for 2 minutes and once I ordered it was ready between seconds.
