The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Has some pretty good blended drinks but I usually just get water cause I'm kinda broke. My biggest problem is the fact that the wifi speed isn't very consistent and sometimes Discord won't load. I usually go here if I intend to have lunch at the Costco Food Court when it opens cause it's a short walk from there. Pretty convenient spot.

I found the customer service here really great and the drinks that they offer are amazing. I love coming here and would definitely recommend👍

I had the BEST experience at Coffee Bean thanks to Kyle! His customer service is seriously unmatched!! so kind, upbeat, and incredibly efficient. He greeted everyone with a smile and genuine enthusiasm, and kept the energy high the entire time. The way he interacted with customers made the whole place feel cozy and welcoming, like a little home away from home. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows. Kyle is exactly the kind of team member every location needs. Can’t wait to come back! shoutout to Kyle for making my visit amazing!

The coffee was really good, but for a drink that costs $8, the cup was filled over halfway with ice.

It pains me to leave such a low review because the food was nice, the baristas were kind, and the place looks great. But something about how the manager treated his staff really rubbed me the wrong way. I witnessed him openly berating a barista while me and many other customers watched. I would love to come again but I just dont feel comfortable being in that room the same time as him.

The horchata latte did not had much flavor

Iced cereal milk tea latte didn't taste like cereal milk.

Ham, egg, and cheese brioche is pretty good.

They don't always put the sauce you requested in your order.

The team here is always friendly and helpful.

I don't like to leave reviews but I'm so disappointed. I ordered a vanilla Americano, asked if it was sweet and made sure that it was, I ended up with such a bitter coffee. I asked if they could remake it, gave me back a coffee that all ice.. it had maybe 3 sips.

One of my favorite coffee stops when there’s one nearby! I always get the hazelnut latte—it’s consistently good and just the right level of cozy. This particular location in Carmel Mountain is super fast and the staff is always friendly. Bonus points for the outdoor seating area—it’s a great little spot to hang out with a friend, sip your drink, and enjoy a baked treat.

Date: Friday, 3/28/25. I won’t be returning to this location. The blonde barista seemed frazzled and stressed because the WiFi was out and then was rude to me when I placed my order. Girl, bye!

I asked for an avocado toast, the bread was cold, too much sesame seed, excessive salt I had to take a layer off to be able to eat it, I was on my way to work, didn’t have time to take it back. Train your employees. I wasted $8.
