I have been to this place twice; both times, the person who assisted me was very kind and helpful. And, of course, the cookies are delicious.

Great gift or just an any day type of treat. All flavors are delicious 🤗. Side note they also have ice cream incase your craving ice cream cookie sandwich 🍪

They have a good variety of cookies and good pricing.
Always love that chocolate chip.. next would be the salted caramel, then the biscoff and red velvet.
Make sure to have your milk ready to enjoy these cookies.

Remarkably underwhelming. Ordered off DoorDash in Colorado. Doesn’t look there’s a local brick and mortar location, so assuming a ghost kitchen is shipping them in from CA or something….

Definitely tasted old and a little stale though even after microwaving. Didn’t taste amazing either. I don’t understand the buzz around individually packaged mass produced cookies when there’s so many brands that fresh make their cookies regularly.

In January 2025, I visited The Cravory in Point Loma around 8:20 PM with a coupon offering $30 worth of gourmet cookies for $15. I inquired with the employee on duty, named Cristhian, about the validity of the coupon. He informed me that he was unaware of such a promotion and had never seen that coupon before.

I mentioned that the promotion was available online and expressed my hesitation to provide my card details without clear confirmation. Cristhian responded aggressively, raising his voice and stating that he wasn’t obligated to know all promotions, comparing the situation to employees at large stores like Walmart.

His demeanor was confrontational, suggesting that I was mistaken and that it wasn’t his responsibility to guide me on completing the coupon information. I asked him how he would feel if it were his first visit to a store and he received such treatment. I left the establishment without making a purchase, feeling frightened and upset by the interaction.

This experience was extremely disappointing and made me question the quality of customer service at The Cravory.

Stopped in for dessert after supper. The cookies are so good! Ice Cream was great and they will even make you an ice cream sandwich with any of their cookies and ice cream! Sooo good!

In San Diego for the weekend, we were looking for a cute bakery to grab some cookies. We stumbled on The Cravory! They did not disappoint! I went in with the intention of getting 1 cookie and walked out with half a dozen +1. The customer service was wonderful! Greeted with a smile and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed by the various flavor profiles. And they all are delicious!

Sheeeesh!!! There’s a story on how i ended up here! ? i spent two weeks planning a birthday party for myself at work. Lmao! I’d talk to three of my bosses about food & sweets. One said to save my money for myself. I seen this site suggested on instagram because I’ve looked at over 5 places for different sweets. It became 3 weeks past my birthday & i still didn’t have my party ready because of no sweets. I ended up canceling the food party once i got 6 free cookies from here sent to me for my bday. ? the first batch got stuck in work’s mailbox that my GM before he quit had no idea about, & another said they’ve never used it while there for years. Anyway, these people sent out new ones to my house like i requested. ♥️ They tasted so dang good! Even with regular shipping from California to Orlando Florida! I couldn’t get over it. Lol. My bosses got one because i ate 3. ? they said they were sweet but nothing bad said. So i went ahead & ordered 24 cookies. They came two days early. Little disappointed because i chose Thursday for delivery to bring on Friday with everyone there. ? but i have faith because last time, my final boss worked on Friday & i got them on Wednesday. They will hold their freshness & softness! I know they will. ? i was bringing one cookie to work each day for my bosses that work by themselves. ?

They catered on a cruise ship last night for a special event and I got to try one of their sample cookies for cake batter. It was so amazingly delicious! Perfect texture, consistency, flavor was fabulous. Sweet but not too overwhelming you want to go back for more! Arguably the best cookies I've ever had anywhere. I love trying out bakeries/cafes and im very critical of them. These top all the other places ive been to. Will definitely swing by this location for more. I'm really impressed since moving here all I've had were gimmicky/aesthetic treats that taste awful. I rinally found a winner! Can't wait to try the other flavors! Thank you guys for catering city cruises you've gained another customer.

The product isn't the same as it was 7 years ago. I placed a order for my birthday and the cookies were smaller than they use to be and they were dried out with very little flavor.....I will never order from you all again.....extremely disappointed

The Ube and Lemon cookies are my fave!

I was there on Monday afternoon, maybe around 1:15 PM. Whoever was on staff was one of the KINDEST Customer Service/employees that I’ve ever experienced at a bakery! She was Asian, I believe wearing glasses. I hope her boss sees this.

She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be there again!

Oh… And the cookies are delicious!
