Some of the most aggressively bad cookies I’ve ever eaten. I received an assorted box as a gift and honestly felt bad for the person who gave them to me. To say they were stale and tasteless would be kind.

I’m pretty sure that our red velvet cookies have mold on them 🤢🤢🤢 either that or they definitely don’t look like the photos in other people’s reviews. Super embarrassing handing out to coworkers. 😭

A colleague very kindly sent me a dozen Cravory cookies as a thank you. They arrived in lovely packaging. The cookies themselves, which is to my mind really what matters, are complete rubbish. Stale. Hard and brittle like hardtack from the British Navy. Literally devoid of moisture so eating them is pointless as they turn to dust once touched. Some arrived in the package with 1/2 the cookie already disintegrating. These are a very poor excuse for a cookie.

Someone thought it was a good idea to gift these cookies from CA to us in Ohio. Let me be blunt. These cookies are absolutely disgusting. Usually the people here devour any food left on the waiting area and these cookies were thrown in the trash.

We ordered a sampler box. Half of the cookies were hard and were clearly not fresh. Some tasted kind of like playdoh, would not recommend ordering. Maybe in store is better

My company received 3 boxes of these cookies on Monday, 9/15/2025. They were a gift from a vendor. There are about 50 people in my office. These are the worst cookies we have ever eaten. 2 flavors were extremely dry. If a flavor card had not come in the box, one couldn't distinguish what flavor the cookie was. They all smelled odd also. This is harsh- but they smelled more like a dog biscuit. We went to the website to make sure Cravory doesn't sell pet treats. 2.5 of the boxes were put in the trash yesterday. I honestly felt bad for the vendor. How many boxes did they send out to their clients? I would be so upset if my clients received these as a gift. Maybe we just got 3 really bad boxes.

Not a good cookie. Tried the best sellers as a gift and everyone disliked the cookies. 😩

What a strange little place. Ordered a caramel apple cookie, chocolate chip, and a triple chocolate. Could hardly distinguish between the three flavors. Pretty sure the cookies are 3D printed and they only differ in appearance.

Brought home a Dozen cookies yesterday & gagged at the taste of Lemon bar & Orange cookies. The filling smelled foul - don't know who baked them that day, but they were awful. Blue cookie monster is ok. My favorite was the Chocolate Truffle cookie [Hard to mess that up]

Cravers cookies are handcrafted with unique flavors like Cookie Monster( blue cookies with M&Ms , Lemon Bar, Birthday Cake, Biscoff White Chip, Peanut Butter Cup, S’mores, Nutella, Cinnamon Roll and Red Velvet Cake. The cookies are baked with soft centers and crispy edges. They are made with browned butter for extra flavor. They also have Strawberry and Cream, Key Lime Pie, Mint brownie. pistachio cardamom and seasonal pumpkin spice and gingerbread. These cookies make a nice sweet dream for special occasion or if you are in the mood for a sweet treat. 🍪🍪🍪

The cravory cookies place is honestly one of the best cookie places I've ever been to. They give you your cookies and they're very chill about it. They have amazing employees and a lot of The Times sometimes they'll give you free cookie pass which I love personally.

normally went to the UCSD location has permanently closed I decided to go to the Point Loma location Customer service not good at all not friendly not forthcoming. I ordered a dozen cookies. Oh, and if you have any comments or anything about the flavor of the cookies, don’t bother with asking because you’re gonna get attitude

I actually have never set foot in this place since moving out of San Diego a handful of years ago, but they are top notch with with delivery service around the country. This is my go-to site to order delicious cookies that my colleagues and clients enjoy thoroughly when delivered to their offices. They almost always ask for more and The Cravory cookies come individually wrapped so the whole office can enjoy them safely. They have definitely made business and work relationships a bit sweeter! I have two more orders pending as I type this and I doubt I will need to change the 5 star review, but I will update if there are any future hiccups which i don't anticipate
