Wow! Great breakfast, lunch joint in East Village. Super unassuming, The Farmacy has a huge patio area in the back that is quaint, quiet and clean! You do not even feel like you’re in East Village. Food was phenomenal, service was with a smile and again… that atmosphere! Great addition to the hood! Definitely a must for all who like a delicious breakfast (lunch served after 11)

Food was great, we ordered the Grit bowl and the Lemmy Waffle-- so, so yummy. Our server was Andrew, he didnt miss a beat and took great care of us. We will be visiting again, for sure.

I had the pleasure of being served by the owner, although his name has slipped my mind since my visit, he was sincere and attentive. The biscuits and gravy (lumberjack style) were out of this world. I was thoroughly impressed by their use of veggie sausage gravy for it and the house made biscuits were the perfect balance of fluffy and crispy. I'll be back to try their grits! Too bad they're closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays otherwise I'd go TODAY. Walk don't...
