Saw one of the chefs pet and feed dogs without changing gloves
This is a fun communal outdoor garden space but the picnic tables are uncomfortable and the price for wine at least was outrageous not a place you'd repeat unless it was a special occasion

I can't rave enough about this, my new favorite place to visit in San Diego. What a fun vibe! A winery (with cocktails), a meadery, and a European-focused brewery sit around an outdoor stage and eating area with an utterly fantastic pizzeria. Seriously, Pizza Cassette is ridiculously good...and I say this as a Staten Islander who eats top-notch pizza weekly. The crust is very flavorful with a nice Neopolitan-style chew, and I loved the spicy Calabrian salsa on our pie. The meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. The only less-than-stellar dish was the "heirloom" tomatoes (that didn't seem to be heirloom at all) Caprese salad with burrata. Otherwise, I can't wait to try more of the menu. Throw in a great '60s/'70s cover band a fun crowd, and you've got yourself a helluva night!
Parking: When this place is full, it's hard to find parking in the tiny lot, but free street parking is available.

Pizza place is always good there. The sandwiches are delicious and the appetizers are the way to go. We were really bummed that the Lost Cause Meadery was closed to the public because they were having a private event. That is why we go is to get the mead flights and we didn't get to try any. I was really disappointed.

We had the mead flight. It’s good! Plenty of space. They have overflow parking but even then, when it’s busy, you may not find a spot there & will have to wait for someone exiting. Still, a cool place for groups and live music. Dogs allowed! ? woof! ??
Great subs and wine.

What a great hangout spot. All in one spot has deft beer brewing, has good beer options, an organic beer spot, honey beer spot, and food service offering great tasting pizzas and sandwiches. Open air with some shade. Has a stage for music on the weekends. Parking on the street. The thin crust sopresata with spiced honey was my favorite accompanied by some beers from Deft. I was so full that I didn't have space for a sandwich. The sandwiches are made with pizza crust instead of bread, I can't wait to try them. Parking on the street. It's not a fancy location, so come casual. Hidden spot amongst warehouses but worth the stop!!

One stop, four businesses: Pizza Cassette, Oddish Wine, A Meadery, and Deft Brewery. Top it all off, they host live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Family and pet friendly.
Kid-friendliness: No highchairs, but very kid friendly.
