I stopped by here after grabbing an item for the plaza nearby. Walking in the door, I was feeling the chill and clean ambience. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff people. I got a vegetarian sandwich, there were a lot of tantalizing options, but I loved what I got. Quality, fresh, good taste. Check it out!

Quality has become inconsistent. Got 3 sandwiches, 2 didn't come with the free cookie or napkins. 1 sandwich was incorrect despite being marked correctly in the bag. Consistently order a turkey ginder, but 1 in every 5 times they accidentally make the gourmet ginder even though the bag is marked as turkey.

Love this place. So easy to get hooked! Staff said Chipotle chicken wasnt too spicy and he said he couldn't so too spicy of food... well, for me, a baby when it comes to spicy food, it was spicy. The kick went away pretty fast though and I still enjoyed every bite. So if your someone who cant do spicy, this is a spicy sandwich, BUT the heat dissipates quickly into great flavor. Maybe just go light on the Chipotle mayo. The chicken strips themselves are not spicy.

Located in the 'Loma Square Shopping Center', corner of Rosecrans St. and Midway Dr. with plenty of parking.
We tried their 'Killer Klub' and 'Bagger Cheesesteak'. Both sandwiches were delicious! The bread was perfectly toasted, yet so soft inside. I was surprised to receive a small Bagger Cookie & candy with my sandwich which is so thoughtful and a great complement to it. The cookie is soft and so good that I ended up buying a pack of 2 big cookies.
Service was welcoming and friendly. Every employee I encountered was attentive this Saturday noon.
The restaurant is clean and organized with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.
Overall, we had a great lunch experience here and will definitely return. They make delicious sandwiches for sure.

I was on the hunt for a decent club sandwich in this city and finally found Gourmet Bagger. The Killer Klub did not disappoint! The menu is diverse so you're bound to find something to love.

GOOD sandwiches.

That's literally it, just "good".

Yes, the place gets packed and they have these awesome chocolate chip cookies that are probably the best in San Diego!

However, the price for the quality/size ratio doesn't add up. I try to think, maybe this place gets "packed" due to the people around these parts not really knowing where to find GREAT sandwiches. I can only assume people don't know that there's a Rubicon less than ten minutes away. Heck, the Sprouts in the same shopping center make decent sandwiches as well. Morena Market makes better sandwiches too and that's only 7-8 minutes away from here. It's not like this place hooks it up with meat either. I just can't comprehend why people would spend almost twenty bucks for a lunchable-sized snack. I'm a 200lb man with an appetite, not a Yorkie or an infant!

Worst thing is, if you come in after 1pm (they close at 3:30pm) to buy something as simple as a cookie, they run out! I get it, they're delicious. But why not make more than your usual so you're not sold-out two hours before closing time!?

To think I use to recommend this place. Take your butt to Sprouts and get a bigger sandwich for the same price as this place! As far as the cookie, you don't need cookies to begin with. No cheat day allows any type of cookies! ?

Pretty disappointing when you pay for add ons, leave a tip, the get home to see the add ons aren’t in your sandwich.

Ok you know it's a good sandwich shop when at lunch time the place is filled. Having said that it didn't slow them down or change the quality. My tuna grinder was 10/10!!!! The BLT was very fresh and the grilled cheese was perfect, nothing fancy and hit the spot! I will definitely be making this a weekly visit and lastly the free cookie was a perfect addition.
